I am new to Zelda games and I had to try my best to beat those evil guys. It took me like 2 hours straight to beat them dudes 😅 I'm new to this and I had few hearts. The grind was so worth it though 👌 this game is challenging and that makes it super fun! 😎

I did this yesterday and it took me an hour and a half, i had 4 hearts because im upgrading stamina first. I beat them because i farmed lynels already on the surface and i cheesed them with puffshrooms. It was challenging but it felt like beating a boss on darksouls how hard i made it for myself lol, thats what i love about this game and botw nothings blocked behind story you can literally do anything you want with no restrictions.
The second i saw the last one with bulky armor, had me like, "welp...shit" but i end up beating it. They all return to that coliseum after a blood moon so a way to farm horns i suppose
I like to use a shield with an armor shard on it and shield bash the armor off of lynels and other armored enemies, especially since they drop more armor shards to replace it with
I've cried so many tears to complete that challenge and now I'm watching a video about link fighting without being hitted, well, it means that I'm really shitty at this game
Just beat this now. The last one I almost lost all hope with the breaking the armor with the little amount of bomb fruit I brought into the fight till I realize I could use one the lynel bow drops. Needless to say I managed to break it barely and finished the fight.
You don't even need bomb flowers. Just need a lynel killer weapon, a bow, a shield and a whole lot of ambition. But you do need to be good at parrying and hitting headshots though
I managed to get through the first four no problem, but the armor on the last one caught me off guard. He killed me while I was trying to make a hammer… glad this has checkpoints after each Lionel though.
@@BisexualPlagueDoctor You should be excited. The rewards are very worth it and when you're at the point where you can beat the colosseum easily, it can be a rupee farm. 3000 rupees per blood moon by using lynel organ parts to make potion then sell it
Took me about 2 hours but I beat them at 4 hearts, still got that timing down from botw lynels, tho some have different attacks which took some learning but by the end I could flurry rush every attack consistently (also had no arrows, so no easy free damage mounts)
I run away from the basic bokolins, get severe anxiety just getting into the depths with like 15 hearts, and you do this? I feel like my times as a serious gamer have passed... I didn't play botw so I don't have experience parrying anything with the switch control mechanics which is a nightmare for me, so seeing this is very impressive. I wonder how much alcohol I'll need to feel brave and try this someday, because I of course want that mask. And the achievement must be pretty awesome to get!
The depths are intimidating at first, but just remember that the map of the depth matches (mostly, mountains etc are mirrored) Hyrule. Where you find a shrine, You’ll find something that helps in the depths.
There probably isn't one of these but I wouldn't be too surprised if there was one these with a gleeok in each one with the King Gleeok being the last one
Pssst. Get a Royal Guard Claymore that has +10 attack power to 1 hit before breaking and fuse it with silver lynel saber. Use it only while on the Lynels back. You won't regret it.
I'd like to think that achiving this took quite a bit of practice. Did you notice any differences by chance between Desperate Strength and Improved Flurry Rush? It's kinda hard to tell when we don't have a way to see hp numbers like in BOTW.

Can anyone tell me if they keep evolving like the previous game, where every red Lynel eventually became blue, white then silver/gold ? I feel like it might be different for this game (and it's a good thing, it's easier to get their weapons, photos...)
Absolutely love this game, but do you guys also feel like the combat is a bit too simple in terms of combos ? I was expecting maybe some different fight styles or combos to make it more interesting What do you think ? But the game overall is 10/10, the best open world I’ve played
unfortunately they don't really design botw / totk with cool tech combos. cus they need most players to be able to cheese the fights with proper preparation

Walk sideway. The dash slam is unblockable because the hammer swing breaks Link’s stand and the shockwave hits Link. Walking sideway will make the hammer swing miss and Link can block the shockwave

You can parry almost anything in the game if you get the timing right.

As a ex lynel farmer i found the colloseum pretty easy with just 6x bomb flowerd a royal bow hylian shield and a lynel killer weapon

Improved i noticed gives you extra hits, at least for the Royal spear it did seem like it has a good 2-3 extra hits

They should've added a new weapon type, like flails.

You only take gloom damage if they hit you.

Just sidejump and backflip away from it. You should be out of the range always - or at least that works out for me.

You can either try to parry it, flurry rush it, or just run from it if you have enough stamina.
