Actually there is flaw in this story.. ijust now realized and started to enter this comment. Police may tell everyone that they are laying tiles.. but they also should have thought that george is way to smart and so they must have had a guy checking on him..which would have changed the entire story...:).. But if this happened really, i am happy for george...

@@mkjvd That is not a flaw. Please remember that the workers are not permitted to go outside until the evening. That is why the police constable said to one of the workers that they cannot go outside and the police will bring all of the food and water they want.
By evening, the workers could gossip whatever they like since the police and forensice experts already took Varun's skeletal parts to Kottayam Medical College.
The script for Drishyam and Drishyam 2 were written very carefully.

That's because Georgekutty knew the police were in the process of investigation in terms of finding Varun's skeletal parts. Even before the young man came, Georgekutty already began to realize what was going on through cctv (attached to the phone). That is why the film says at the end that it was actually Georgekutty who was watching the police.

@@muhammedkhan9109 If you take a closer look, then you will see that cctv facing the front of the police station. They also put furnitures and other things outside. So Georgekutty knew something big was going on there and saw people standing there.
In front of the police station, Tahsildar and some of the police officers were standing. One of the police officers were also previously involved in trying to find Varun's body.
They previously tried to find the hair or other elements related to Varun's body by digging the area where Georgekutty buried the calf. They mentioned that in the film.
Why would Tahsildar and important investigational police officers stand outside the police station? Unless, they are digging inside.

When Georgekutty saw the investigating police and Tahsildar (who were involved in Varun case) outside the police station and furnitures and other things outside the police station through cctv, he immediately became very suspicious and decided to go to his movie theatre.
When one of the young men also came and told Georgekutty what was going on, it was confirmed.
A person can deduce based on circumstances.
For example, a person feeling symptoms of fever and he becomes suspicious that he has fever. Because of this, the person goes to the hospital. At the hospital, it is confirmed that the person has fever after the doctor's inspection.
