You should consider if a dump video would be good for people? Different styles, how they work, manifolds, there is alot about them some people dont understand, myself included.
Video Ideas: ·Different coil Tons ·1964 impala rearend ( c clamp/axle split issues) or other options for rearends. ·Trailing arms ( factory position vs. Extended trailing arms) ·Extended A'arms lengths explained ·Spendals ·Frame reinforcement ·Battery racks .Also if you have the body off frame with the frame ready for hydraulics. How do you setup/mock up a kit or test kit to raise and lower the frame for testing the lockup.
I can't thank you enough Alex for all your videos and your help in the store. I was new to lowriders when I walked in to your store but with your help me and my little girl can hit the switches cruising the 63.. I will be back for some upgrades later on :) / Fredde (Sweden)
I’d love to see a complete installation of each with detailed explanation. Idc about the length of the video. I personally want in depth content and most guys don’t have it out there. For someone who TRULY wants to know what’s the ins and outs of the process and the elements I’d REALLY appreciate that. Even if it was sent to me personally via another medium/platform. I’d pay for that. Thanks for the content 🤝🏽🙏🏽🖤
Great video brother 👍 I've always liked lowriders, Im 43 and finally going to build one. I no absolutely nothing about hydraulics lol. I've been in the trucking industry 23 years and could tell you anything you want to know about fixing a semi truck lol. Thank you for the videos.😎
Damn this was really helpful. When I used to see people 3 wheel back in the day I'd look at the cup and spring and I swear it was gonna let loose and shoot out.
Building my first frame off lowrider and your videos have been extremely helpful. I’m still trying to teach myself a lot and have a long way to go but thank you so much for this info 🙏🏼
You should make a video of what the difference between each kit u have online are and what kit would fit the buyer , looking to buy a kit and berly learning ,your videos are forsure helping me learn a lot man keep up the videos 💯
I have a 62 impala build that I wanna start this will be my first low rider ever but I understand cars and these videos are helping me out a lot‼️ gonna do a 2 pump set up front and back with 2 square dumps I just wanna cruise but I do wanna jump the front
Can you do a video on lifting a 65 to 70 impala?..just going over the options for the rear ends and what not..since the early 60s are mostly talked about and shown!
Good stuff....Good looking out very helpful information....its much appreciated i wanna start learning how to do my own installs i know how to weld and fabricate this is my next step right here thanks again
Just what I was looking for, you answered my long time questions. Thank you for your great video, looking forward to finish my 63 Riviera and have you guys to install a competition kit.
Loved the content, its information a lot of riders have been looking for. Can you do a video going over different gears/pump head sizes and the pros on cons of each?
What’s up Alex you should do a video on a arms being extended and how to get high lock ups...I’ll be heading out there this Saturday to probably get a couple things bro.👌🏼
I just watched your video , and i would like to know more about airbag systems;and I also know you're one of the biggest distributors of airbag systems in southern California 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
These videos are so tight thanks for doing them !! i’m debating on bagging or putting hydraulics on my wagon I want to be able to lay frame tho just don’t know how that works on hydraulics I’ve seen some cars on hydraulic don’t lay all the way out and then some do a video on that be cool in my book lol
Things sure have changed since my first lowrider over 30 years ago. The old school method I'm sure you know. I used to weld pipe on the bottom of a regular cup because there was no such thing as deep cups quite yet. I can't tell you how many times I lost coil springs in the back. then it went to drilling a hole sideways to mount the piston in a bracket like a hyme joint and now we have top cups to put on the top side of a coil-over set up. you can even take a reverse cup and put it upside down weld to the spring pocket and it has a smoother place for the cylinder to rub against. too bad we didn't have videos like this back in the day. we just had to figure it out ourselves or hope there was a how-to in Lowrider magazine. Being from TN, I was the only one around with hydraulics, so I just used trial and error
I have a 1964 Impala. I want to put some lifts in my ride. I want it laid out on the ground but also want to lifted when I need to & also want 3 wheel. I’m not going to be hopping crazy. What do you suggest for me & about what would your suggestion cost. Thank you Alex.
Much appreciated, Now I'm hoping I can see you do a full install on a 1998-2011 lincoln Town Car...I'm still kinda confused on the rear coil over installation
Really have been helpful🙏🏽how about one on different was to 3-wheel? I’ve seen power-balls on rear end with chains. And power-balls on trailing-arms. And power-balls on rear-end NO chains.
Thank you Alex. This video was and is very helpful. I'm still deciding on what set-up I want. If it will be the F,B,C,C or the F,B,S,S. and what size cups will I need to upgrade to on an 01 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Terra
Alex how do you charge up the batteries how do you know when you over charge it what’s the best battery charger to use So you know if you’re over charging
DO NOT CHARGE FOR ONLY A HOUR your killing your batteries cycle life that way, use a multimeter to check your voltage regularly, and charge on a low charge 2 amp or lower for a good 10+ hrs depending on the status of the battery
Aye Alex I think you should shoot a video on how to charge your batteries properly a lot of people say for an hour other people say and depending on how many amps I really think you should show the public Proper way of charging your batteries
@@loelco8162 It's really a float charger. It charges it up and tapers off the charge rate to zero. and then detects when it discharges and turns back on. Trickle chargers never stop charging. I'd want a float charger any day (battery tender). Great for cars not used often,it'll be ready to go all the time and you don't need to check on it all the time like a trickle charger.
I want hydraulics but I don't want to wrap my frame, can I just wrap the pressure points? I'm not into hopping just want to lay in play. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Another great video !!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge bro. I always thought that “coil over” was for imports, and probably we’re back in the day. But, I see the advantage of using the coil over, rather than the coil under. I’m use to coil under. Never had a problem whatsoever. But, I wasn’t hopping on my first car. It was lay and play. My 2nd car, was lay and play with 3 wheel motion. And used the coil under. Except no speed balls. So, I can definitely see the advantage of using coil over. Thanks for sharing your videos sir. Enjoying the knowledge bro.
You’re a great dude! Thank you for this video! Helped me gain knowledge on what I want... and I’m that guy you’re talking about, not knowing one thing about hydraulics. Again thank you!
When your doing your wiring setup for solenoids. I understand running 2-3-4 in a row just in case something blows. But why doesn’t anyone run them in series parallel as well. So 2 in a row in 2 banks to one pump to share the load of the motor? Or 3 in a row in two banks would really drop the load across a single bank
Can you explain about cutting your coil. I’ve heard about cutting a turn and a half. 2 turns. If that just to lay lower? Also about the tons? What’s good for hopping coil wise? Great videos
I’ve always wanted a 64 said I was gonna make a crown Vic but I bought my second car a e500 & I think I’ve waited long enough & I had the kit since I was like 15 time to install this vid helped a lot I’m goin hydrostuts all around
Disconnect it homie to be safe even when your just parked at a carshow or anywhere else car can catch on fire or you can mess up your setup if something happens like switch gets stuck or silanoids
how about looking at setups on cars you get questions ablout alot ,, or builds ,, like 97 lincoln town car ,, and others like impalas , and Monte Carlos , if possible show a 97 lincoln and whats best for the setup like coils in the front , and cylinder position , pros and cons ect , whsts a direct link so i could shoot you a short video of a current issue i have and yep its a 97 Lincoln town car ... and ill give a description with the video on what happend even pics of part of it id really like your honest reply ,, do you have messenger ? or whats the best way i think it would be a good response video ... oh and what about hats and shirts ?
Thanks for doing these videos really helps for those that are new to hydraulics im learning my self this is my second car i own with hydros so still new to how everything works ive had a lowrider on bags so hydraulics and bags are different
Can you do a video on a single switch for hopping I tell people it's easy to do it's only three wires and I always do it for free because I feel bad it's so easy I think I'm going to start charging for a can of Coke for doing it
Alex out here keeping the culture alive
The song your talking about is called some cut. By trillville and scrappy the bed squeeking song
Man keep these kind of videos coming. I swear people act like the lowrider scene is a secret society and they can’t tell you shit. Hoppos is A1
Couldn't agree more, seems tricky to find places where all the different parts are actually laid out and explained
You should consider if a dump video would be good for people? Different styles, how they work, manifolds, there is alot about them some people dont understand, myself included.
Agreed!
Sorry for the long Tex Mr Alex Great Videos 👍🏻
Thank you for making these videos, your doing a great job, every little bit of advice helps, especially when it's free.
Would like to see a video on removing front end springs to swap with another spring

Learned so much watching your videos keep up the excellent work Alex 👍
My car used to Squeak like that song you mentioned Trillville-“Some Cut”! 😂 (REMIX G-Body Version) Hole saw fixed that! Nice video!
You cut the hole bigger?
70 impala Ya cut it 2-1/4 to have some play. The previous owner cut it to small, rear cylinders were rubbing bad!
@@SittinLow ok yeah where my cylinders are in the back have a hole but not that wide I have coil over with power balls
😬🙈😂 Yea Triville " What it is ho o was up?" Yea my car did it to. How inverasing.. # let me hire the system.😬🙈😂
What is the purpose of the powerball? im not to familiar w its purpose. is it better with or with out. At the moment i do not have them.
This is a solid company , always great answers and patience they do get busy but when you do catch them , they’ll fill you with all the info u need

Keep it up brotha. Good work. Your bringing up the next generation of Lowriders / customers. Sharp business thinking 💯
Lay & play is my style. Thanks for information
A very much needed video is fixing the pinion after you put drop mounts and lower and upper adjustable trailing arms on. Thanks loyal subscriber.
