Adjustable Pressure relief valve will solve our overlocking problem we have been dealing with for years. I’m a Pro-Tech and have built over 60 Lowrider in Ft. Worth, TX. All heavy duty hydraulic equipment have pressure relief bales to save cylinder seal and gear heads. Also, 48v Linde Forklift solenoids with replaceable bus bars, made of Corian copper and 3/8 silver contacts will not overheat or fail like the traditional solenoids that we’ve used
Back in the day gates pumps had pressure relief valves built into the blocks on the cast iron gates then on the aluminum blocks but wouldn’t allow enough pressure to hop on so that was phased out by the mid 90,s Red’s double tops where the last pumps I saw that used those.

Gracias for the clarification!! My #9 Presto Hi just failed after 6 years of abuse, I was about to buy a #11 "Thunder" pumphead, but after watching this video I ended up purchasing a #11 Black Magic "Pantheon High Pressure XP" pumphead. You just saved me a lot of headaches, not to mention spending money on fraudulent China crap. Much appreciated hermano!! 😎
Just wanna say Much love and Respect all the way from San Antonio Tx...Thanks you for all the school and knowledge you share gotta keep the Lowrider Culture Alive!
Thank You . I use to weld for years in San Antonio Texas in the Railroad yards near the military base. Shit im ready to move back out there. California getting out of hand for living not to mention the damn insurance companies dont want to cover shit
appreciate it. not much info or other rides out here in the sticks (Missouri) . bout time this hillbilly update. still on a #6 fenner from the mid 90s.
This why you the goat homie!!💪🏾🔥Just now getting around to finishing the video, ironically, had some drama going on at the crib yesterday. This is an awesome explanation video on gears! And the visuals with it made it even better! And damn you got it up quick too bro lol! Just wanna say thank you and much love homie, you got a dedicated supporter right here! And also, I’ve seen that dudes products on eBay too, 9 times out of 10 if something has a name like Thunder, it’s probably gonna be wack!🤣💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Good info bro.. good lookin out ima newbie so I needed this.. still haven’t decided on my setup yet.. my car ain’t ready for that yet but I can use all tha info I can get..
I ran those Marzocchi #11's in my showtime pumps in 2002. I remember buying the setup from a local Las Vegas shop at the time and they yanked them out and tried to sell them to me thinking i wouldn't know. They figured because I was a young slick-talking Hustler that I didn't know my shit. They thought wrong. I read Lowrider magazine since 1992 cover to cover faithfully. Never judge a book by its cover. Lol
Good look g. That video was excellent! I need all the info i can get. I would like to get my cadillac switched up soon. Any info helps for newbie virgins like me lol
I remember a LRM article from the mid-late 90s where they did a write-up about Marzocchi. The one thing that always stood out to me is they quasi-phonetically spelled the pronunciation as “Mar-Zoo-Key”. I don’t think I’ve heard a ton of people pronounce the name that way but apparently that’s how Marzocchi pronounce it. Kinda like how the Japanese company AISIN is pronounced “Eye-Sheen” by the Japanese and “Eye-Sin” by Americans. Sometimes LRM wasn’t just tits… Linguistics.😂
I believe I have a Marzocchi gear, but doesn't have any stamps. Back end of the gear has a part number 1BC1167F98G and says "Made In Italy". Let me know your thoughts on this. Luv your videos....off the chain. Keep it up!!
I didn’t know thunder and fresco hi was bad🤦🏽 I have a thunder motor and it’s been holding up for a while, burnt out hella other fools motors while mine kept going, and I just ordered some fittings from them🤦🏽
hey brother, do you think unibody cars would be compatible for lowriding? I'm thinking of investing in my 87 thunderbird turbo coupe and was curious to know your thoughts on lowriding a foxbody car Thanks so much for your great vids!
To get full potential out of a #13 marzocchi you will need 11 batt to 12 batt to one pump. If you are running low voltage for example 4 to 6 batteries the first hit will be hard but the gear will not keep climbing it will just level out at one position
Speak on Hoppos bro... they machine their own stuff too. They're all over the lowrider community. Have you ever used anything from them? Gears, Pumps, valves etc.

What do you think about the pump blocks that fresco guy sells 1/2 inch ports with 3/8 returns? Are they any good ?
What is overlocking a gear ?
Break a gear replacement fluids , time all that adds up
i got 2 #11 old marzochi coloseus were could i get the seals for them
Primo Seal i believe hes on ig & facebook
What your input on presto gears?
What's in the REDs and Hoppos pumps?
I wanna know too... Hoppos machine manufactures their own ishhh too
I broke the presto #11 in my hoppos pump. Before I order a new one, I have a pro hopper g-force 6 in my basement, is that a better gear
Check your seals on the Gforce then slap that hoe in . The Gforce gears are 💯
