Fitting Coilovers, Polyurethane Bushes & GFB DV+ - Ford Fiesta ST180 Track Race Car

- The time has finally come to sort out a major issue with the car, The handling! These mods have been in the pipeline since before the first trackday but various things needed to happen to get them sorted! I finally took delivery last week and wanted to get them on ASAP. I now just need to find someone to set the chassis up, Corner Weight, Camber, Castor & Tracking.
Hopefully this will all help the car to feel more stable on track or on the road!

Good video mate. Im wanting to polybush my st180 next. I went stage 3 on Friday making great use able power. Your car is coming along. Keep up the good work 👏

Good video Dan. With camber there's only one setting you want to use and thats maximum. Any less than max is not enough 😁.

Looking good Dan lets hope all the upgrades improve the cars handling, bit confused on the GFB bits thingy you fitted to the engine not sure what it's for but sounded like something to do with the wastegate 🤔🤷 look forward to the next one.

Another great video Dan, When you confident with your suspension set up. You should find some one local who had a hunter Wheel aligner and that will make a big difference. Kwikfit normally use hunters machines. there the best in the world

Mate pleeaase get some track tyres, you will wish you’d have done it sooner! I recommend Nankang NS2R’s if you want to drive it on the road still :)
I have been looking at new tyres but want to run these down before I go splashing out any more money on tyres.

With your motor being over 8 yrs old, have you done the cambelt & water pump yet?
not yet, It is on the list and I have the parts just not had time to sort it yet.
Has your camera got image stabilisation? There's so much shake when you hold the camera it honestly makes me feel a bit sick.
It does but for an expensive camera it isn't the best. the gimbal I have makes filming very annoying too.
