  • In this video, I’ll be sharing with you some tiny habits to lose weight that are so simple and effective, that if you start doing them today, you’ll feel the difference immediately. These tiny habits have helped me lose weight, and have helped many of the clients we work with lose weight too.
    We’ll also look the 7 step process outlined in the book “Tiny Habits” by BJ Fogg, which has been super helpful for my clients and I, so that you can not only make it easier to change your habits, but ensure that they stick.
