    Have you read Atomic Habits? What was your biggest takeaway from this book?

    I feel deprived when I can’t eat what I want when I want!!!!! But the hunger/fullness stuff makes sense.

    You should remove the soundtrack is really distracting!Otherwise really good infos!

      Thanks, I realise the music is a little too loud, unfortunately it was too late once we realised and weren't able to remove it. I figured I'd leave it up because it might still be helpful to someone :)
