If you need to use it for yourself and family and can't hold longer then Karanjade will be better because Pushpak Nagar will be better if you can hold longer because that will be an integrated community with a lot of amenities nearby

Is Pushpak nagar affected by huge stone crushing plants that are only 1km away ?? very high dust problems ??
It is for now however in the next couple of years the crushers will stop like it happened in other parts of Panvel once it becomes residential.

That's basic cost. Always factor 10 to 12 % as cost of ownership which includes stamp duty registration development charges society charges etc
