I love the Egoscue method! Thank You for showing me how. I learn best by example. The pictures in the book are good, but this is exactly what I need! A number of years ago when I was in a lot of pain, (sciatic nerve with numb legs & swollen knees) I watched one video on TH-cam of 2 healthy guys doing the Egoscue exercises. I was following along, feeling better until the last one where they showed off a healthy man's exercise, which I did, because that what I was supposed to do? & totally undid the good of the method. I haven't looked until now, for a friend with shoulder pain. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! And I really appreciated the Psalm😃 (by the way, ground flaxseed tea is great for reducing swelling as well as an egg replacer when baking)
Well wishes to you! You are welcome! I have been putting flaxseed on all my fruit lately and your suggestions sound lovely...I look forward to trying, so thank you!
Full disclaimer: I am not a certified Egoscue therapist. I am a licensed physical therapist. I, however, seek treatments to help my patients alleviate chronic pain. Stay tuned for a system that I have developed called the Arthrokinematic Restoration System that helps to alleviate chronic joint pain. I hope these help reach people in need of chronic pain relief. Blessings, Katherine
You are welcome. I would do daily until there is a reduction in pain. Then I would reduce frequency until finding a maintenance level which could be 1x/week or 1x/month. It depends.
Hi there! Thank you for your support in becoming a member. Please let me know if there are topics or particular interests you may have that I can address. I can share a personal journey of my shoulder injury or go more in depth on shoulder problems. Feedback is welcome. Well wishes, Katherine, PT
Thank you for posting examples of these exercises. So helpful and I hope you will post more from other menus in the Pain Free book.
There should be a video for each exercise menu. If you are not able to find what you are looking for, let me know. Thank you for the feedback.
Thank you so much for this Katherine. I can already feel a difference after one session🙏
You are so welcome. Well wishes, healing, and blessings, Katherine
First time doing it with this video. Very well explained and it helped my hip cramps too. Thank you !

Nice and cool to see that your a Physical Therapist and an Egoscue therapist combined. Fix posture first then rehab and strengthen injuries.

So much easier not having to time everything myself.
It really helps😅
