In the manual and Shop Key Pro they also say to make sure that when you renew the Transmission Input Speed Sensor, Turbine Speed Sensor, or Output RPM Sensor make sure it is in the same angle/ position as the factory one was.
@theweldor757 don't say that 😕 sorry to hear that. How about the transfer case 🤔? I'm having issues with mine at the moment. Maybe that's the issue. I'll let you know how it turns out.
@@georgesrandomvideos8368 these nvg 263 transfer cases are known for having issues fr sure . I think thats why the speed sensor fixed it fr a few weeks !
Holy fuck. I cleaned out that electrical from the transmission and the nsu switch like you said and nothing. Going to replace that high speed sensor in the transfer case. Thank you so much.
Good luck man . My problem came back 3 weeks later . These NVG 263 transfer cases are knowin for a bushing going bad . And wearing a hole through the case . What im looking at next . 2500 fr a rebuilt t case . What a night mare . At least the speed sensor is cheap to try !
A common issue with LB7 and on duramax’s was shaft play inside the transfer case. It starts at the u joints that go into the tail end of the transfer case. Eventually it develops so much play it will start destroying speed sensors and bust a hole in the casing of the transfer case. Keep an eye on it. If it starts acting up again, check the speed sensor. If it keeps destroying them the transfer case has to be replaced. I went through this on my LB7. Merchant auto makes a really nice unit with the shaft wobble issue fixed.

Update! My problem; due to the high rpm on the truck, the transmission don't allowed me to shift gears and show the inhibited warning light on dash. This is what we did, we found out there's a old fuse 100A, part #: 3500131C2, (that's the number is printed in the package from the International dealer). Is located on top of the fuse box by the driver side, in the engine compartment. We removed all the wires in order to replace the fuse, we clean all the wires with a metal brush for batteries, then we put it back all those wires together with “dielectric” grease. After that, the RPM was reduced to 800 RPM from 1100 hundred. We driving the truck for 1 day and the truck dropped by itself another 100rpm, so now the truck is running with 700 rpm... the transmission can shift without any problem or shift inhibited warnings. With the high rpm, the truck computer did not allow the truck shift, that's the reason we had the inhibited warnings light on dash, and of course, the truck won't shift in high rpm, truck protected himself. The fuse is only 20 dollars, truck still working fine for the last 2 day's, I keep you posted If something changes and I hope this information helps you in some way.

Is the shaft wobble and shaft play causing the truck to have a lunk noise when coming to a stop or when letting off brake?
