I'm loving my 365. Tac Pac came with 2 12rd and 1 15rd mags. Still running it through its paces. Did come with ok holster. I did cut 1" give or take off the tip. The holster is more 365 lx length.
The trigger is much better when live firing than when dry firing. I am sure you have figured that out by now. It has a decent trigger in my opinion. I also have a Glock 26 that I carry in my edc rotation. But the p365 is just much more concealable.
Got mine Nov '21. Love it. Needed to get a mag loader. My grip depressed the slide lock when firing so it wouldn't lock back when empty, Have to work on that. The night sights are cool but i really cant see the front sight in low light conditions. Not a big deal. Put a few hundred rounds thru it. No malfunctions. Got an Alabama pocket holster and it works great- 100% of the time.
I looked ai the 365, the Hellcat, Glock 43x and the shield immediately removed the shield to heavy then the 43x too big so it all for me came down to 2 things over all reviews and the one that felt the best in hand and the winner was the 365 very happy with my decision one thing to keep in mind if looking at the Hellcat I saw too many people review both and they all said the 365 had noticeably less re-coil mine is 13 days old have over 250 founds FMJ and Hollow points including +p no failures at all ran everything no striker drag on any of the shell casings.
I’m in the minority when it comes to edc guns. I don’t care about the sights, capacity, grip texture, trigger as long as it’s reliable and comfortable. It’s meant to be shot close range. If I know I’m going somewhere a little sketchy or in the woods then I will bring something appropriate. Lcp or Glock 42 is my choice for edc.
Comparing 380 to 9mm is a little like apples to oranges comparison. A lot of people swear by 32 LCP. The absolute best gun and caliber is the one you have with you when you need it!
Love my p365. Don’t believe the hype about the hogue grip on this. Only dumbasses use hogue grips on this the grip is awesome. Btw it is smaller than the g 43
The 365X is a better choice for carry, shorter barrel, and the grip fits the hand better and there is no gap between the extended mag. The trigger is very good.

My old EDC was a Springfield XDS with good fiber optic sights, but the Sig P365 is just better in every way.

You said the p365 is 1.6”
wide. It’s actually only 1.0” wide.

You may need a front sight replacement. It should glow like an LED light. Sig will take care of that for you.

If you are a senior with arthritis hands get the 380 version of this great pistol 9mm quite snappy.
Own this and the XL version. The only thing I’ve done to mine is replace the curved trigger for the X trigger

I noticed you used the extra magazine rather than the regular magazine which has the pinky extension. That magazine makes it more ergonomic.

Why P365 are so stiff? I can't even load its magazine by hand
Most subcompact mags are stiff due to heavy springs for reliability but tend to break in over time. You can always grab a magazine loader to help.
I got a Makershot mag loader. it works great. im sure some others do too.,

Not sure don’t have much trigger time with that model. The legions I’ve shot had very nice triggers.

You forgot to mention that Recover Tactical makes the ZR65 picatinny rail mount for all P365's. Problem solved.

You can easily swap the triggers out of blocks though, and they’re boringly reliable. I think that’s the appeal
