This is an incredibly good looking video with high production value! great info! I definitely need more jumping and power training. The modifications were very helpful for picking out some lighter moves for my aging parents to work on!
I'm 6'6 in height and like to workout in the gym, do push-ups, sit-ups and squats 6 times a week. I'm used to jumping jacks, Burpees, mountain climbers and etc but yours is different and interesting. Medical student Malaysia God bless 👍🙏
