Hey! I have been using the same exact work ethic for about 4 months now and just stumbled in to this video. I wonder tho, while in your strength and power phases, do you still do plyos? I'm currently on a strength phase, and I'm still doing plyos 2 twice a week + a jump day (focusing on technique) aside from my basketball training. I assume that on your speed phase you deload on the weight room, but I'd like to know if you completely drop the weights for that phase or just deload. Thanks!

I just want to know, what happened after you fell on that fast break dunk? looked like you hit your head on the backboard and the floor! That looked terrible. Thank God you're okay

Can you make a video about injuries prevention? I have bad knees, can’t really jump. 😢

I can personally recommend stretching out your ankles, calves, hamstring, quads (most poorly stretched area of the body in my experience) and your hips. Flat footed squats and working up to them can work wonders
Basically, every leg joint, if it doesn't have proper mobility, can lead to compensatory motion in the knees, putting potentially lits of stress on them where and how it doesn't belong. (Awkward angles from low hip mobility leading to knee valgus, for instance.)
You should work up to being able get down on one knee, lift your back foot up to your butt, and push forward a bit with your hips. This will give you a stretch of the entire quadricep complex, as well as help open up the hips. People usually only stretch basically the middle of their thigh, which doesn't significantly increase mobility and muscle engagement, and definitely does not help knee pain.
Don't underestimate foam rolling either. Roll basically your entire legs regularly till the pain and mobility gets more manageable. Try doing a quick bike ride or run before hand, so the muscles are warm and bloody before stretching.
Hope any of this helps, good luck!

Hey I’ve been losing weight and have just recently started to be able to do kneeling jumps but I tend to feel pain in like the front of my hip. Do you have any good hip flexor stretches/exercises?

Me and my lil bro used to jump over measuring stick them long ones in the garage. What inspired me was those dunk contest that was on ESPN that the dunkers had to jump over this like 2008-early 2010's. I once jumped the hight of my chin once without hitting the measuring tap and im bout 6'1 some say im taller. My brother went in the house to get some water and he just missed it i told him about it he wanted to see me do it and i just couldn't get it 😮‍💨 And this like a 1 car garage not to much space
