      Ahhhh I LOVE San Francisco, well I did...I haven't been there in quite some time. I grew up in the South Bay and visited San Francisco quite often until about 2015. When you're ready to make the move, PLEASE give me a call!

      You are awesome for taking the time to add this comment. There is honestly so much more about Chandler that I just didn't have time to fit in. Chandler truly does have it all.

    Hi Sheryl , I'm a week late on this one just want to thank you for covering Chandler again. It's still my favorite location.

    Love your videos. I have been in Chandler since 1996! My parents live here and my grandparents live here too. I am in a new build close to downtown Chandler (very rare) I love it here. By the way, part of Chandler is in the Mesa Unified School District. My last house was in one of those areas. Keep the content coming!

      Goodyear is blowing up, it'll be a full city in no time. It just takes time to build up a city to have everything. Give us a call when it's time to start planning your move. 🙂

    The Nosh is the BEST bagel shop in that area, if you're there, check it out! They bake their own bagels, and their breakfast sandwiches are to die for.

    If you like suburbs. Every city I've ever lived in I've always likes a central location. Much more things to do, most in walking distance (2.5 miles is my "walking distance"). I've been on a walk and ran into some event like a Veteran's Day parade or see signs advertising some event. I've lived in suburbs too and there you have to research to find things to do and then get in the car and deal with traffic and parking. Takes some of the fun out of it. Most people in the suburbs I think just like to watch TV which is fine and the suburbs is perfect.

    • @LivinginPhoenixArizona
      @LivinginPhoenixArizona  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's the whole point of this video...this city has it's own central location. There is honestly no need to leave Chandler to get anything you need or want. The Phoenix metro area is VERY different than any other large metro areas but if you are looking for what walking areas we do have, there are about 5 cities (no longer called suburbs really) that have core downtown areas.

    Where are the food trucks at in chandler

    • @LivinginPhoenixArizona
      @LivinginPhoenixArizona  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are no food truck gatherings in Chandler. That was a hot conversation many years ago. The city of Chandler wanted to protect it's brick & mortar businesses and actually have a law against food trucks coming in to Chandler unless it is for a private event or paid-entrance festival. This protects the small business owners that pay regular taxes to Chandler. What made you ask this?
