MOJO Stock Ride, March 2020, Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4x4

- Mid Ohio Jeepers Organization had their club ride last week. After all the rain we had that week many people elected to run the with the stock group. At one count we had 55 in the train! Huge thanks to all who helped me with cameras throughout the day! If you are in Ohio and looking for a club...MOJO is good people! (there were 50+ Jeeps in each of the 'group vid' sections, so i grabbed some of the random ones i enjoyed for this vid, full group vids posted on MOJO's FB page)
----CORONAVIRUS UPDATE...pretty much all immediate planned and group rides for now are no longer happening as that is the responsible thing to do. I'm tentatively planning to CANCEL the TH ride two weeks from today, as the state will likely get shut down, and i'm expecting to hear that announcement happen Monday...

-Rocky Road Super Sliders (rock rails)
-Dobinsons KL Trailhawk suspension lift, paired with partial Hazard Sky lift spacers to achieve 2" lift
-32" Milestar Patagonia MTs (265/70/17) (had to trim front fenders and pinch welds)
-40" Rough Country Curved LED DLR Light bar with Hazard Sky mounts
-Rock Lights (cheapo)
-4" Pod Lights (cheapo)

The trails were actually pretty decent this time. Only a couple people got stuck through the whole day i think.

Heck of a big turnout, impressive Jeep show. Do like your sunroof. Guessing you changed the angle of your camera, because I had not noticed it before.
Its visible in other vids, this time i was hand holding the camera to get it a little closer for better audio, ended up facing a little more 'up' than previous vids. LOVE the sunroof! It is a little noisy sometimes, but nothing that isn't too unexpected.

Been enjoying your channel for a while. I own the 2014 Trailhawk. Have taken it to Moab 3 times. Fins & Things, Gemini Bridges, Shafer Trail and Hells Revenge along with some out here in AZ. What company / products are you using on your jeep. I've been buying from Rocky Road Outfitters for my rock sliders and rack accessories.

This was a series of "public" roads in south central Ohio. In respect of the landowners that boarder these trails, most of us who know tue locations advise everyone who wants to know, to follow someone else who already knows the trails. As it is very easy to end up on private property out there.

The rides and events are posted on the members page on facebook. There will be plenty going on as we come out of this mess, so keep an eye out!
@@FearlessTrailhawk I was gonna go to the one on the 3rd if i didn't have to work but they said there's no way to tow my wj if it gets stuck since i have a different type of frame and no hooks, so I'm hopefully gonna be ready for the next time
Yeah, unfortunately that requirement is there for a good reason...it can be a nightmare to get someone out if they don't have proper tow points. You may not get stuck, but that risk is always there with the way the trails change week to week. I'll be leading one of the stock groups on the saturday. Hope to see ya at the next ride!
@@FearlessTrailhawk I was happy I asked before I got out there and ruined it for everyone, i heard there was ways to tow someone out without hooks but they said the wj has a weird type of frame that you cant do it with
Stock ride?
Yep, this was the 'stock' group. A few may have needed to get pulled, but it was still a great day!
Why your 1080 footage doesnt look 1080 at all?
TH-cam's poor compression since i'm not a HUGE channel i don't get the benefit of a good HD codec. Just my guess. Everything i record is 1080, and i render everything to 1080.

Is your Trailhawk all stock in this video?
Negative. "Stock Ride" is just the difficulty of the ride, where a stock Jeep can do the trails with maybe a pull or two. The club normally runs 3 groups, Stock, Mod, Advanced.
