    You guys are doing great work here! One day i was so stressed with all the emotions of grief that just keep coming up even if I try my best to suppress them and then I came across this meditation and learnt that the way to deal with it is to let it go. Thanks a ton for all your meditations. Sometimes I feel only these guided meditations can get my state of mind and help me. God bless you both and God bless the internet (the good part of it).

    Amazingly, I returned home yesterday and felt an immediate oppression. After only a few hours sleep I decided to do a Meditation Practice. This caught me eye, I never noticed it before, and it has opened out my world again. I floated at ease in the chaos. I am now happily at home. Thank you Sara.     Thank you so much for all that you do, I've been very abrasive and suppressing with my emotions , thoughts, and beliefs I've had period. I've been struggling with it especially this new moon, realizing how much I let myself loose power to the thoughts, emotions, and surronding I have instead of letting what makes me do that willingly be released.     I love all your meditations. Every time I feel I am floating on a cloud and feel sorry when we get to the end. You have a warm voice and for the length of the meditation you are my best friend for which I have no secrets and sees who I truly am. Where ever you are thank you for giving these warm pearls of meditations which feel like an infinite path of stepping stones to a better life.

    This meditation has truly worked wonders for my anxiety. Totally heeling and life changing for me. I listened to this and another ( the title slips my mind... something about visualizing your future life. I found on a channel). I’ve been in a state of constant peace and for the first time I am practicing non-resistance. I am so very gracious to have found this.

    Good Morning . Wow ! Before I came on you tube I asked " please show me a meditation for right now . "
    Yours was the first one that showed up . It was absolutely perfect . I had this " tension" resistance , in my lower back and shoulders . It's gone . When it ended , almost immediately , the next video started . I will listen to this one tonite . Thank You So Much fir showing up to guide me today .     I love this medation!! It relaxes me so much and there is a place for resistance with some things but in this medation it saying not to resist the physical pain and frustration I'm going through with this hip replacement,which is a slow and long painful process for me. Thank you Sarah. I just pray the healing process goes well.

    I'm not sure if what I felt after this meditation was the way it was supposed to happen or did it just happen I this way to me. Throughout the entire meditation, I was struggling to relax over and over and I felt as if we were only 7/8 minutes in. Then u went thru making us feel whatever we r feeling and resisting and after some moments of intense anger and stress, I immediately began feeling a sense of calm and then it was over! 24 min and it felt as if it was 5-7 Min Wow.
    I've been doing your meditations everyday for the past 8 days and I even have my GF doing it with me every morning. I can honestly say, u are changing my life. Thank you so much.
