    Love your videos and appreciate them very much, in this video it was hard to concentrate, I can hear banging in back ground, background noise I mean and it's very distracting specifically for me. Although your always my favourite choice for a voice and again, love your videos

    Please please PLEASE cut out the sounds of the microphone being bumped and the sound of the narrator swallowing. It is so distracting. The message of the meditation is great but those things ruin it! Lazy editing!

    Too fast, I was focusing on one command when she was already moving on to the next completly different one :/

      It is nice and valuable but the pace is too fast and too charged (too many complex emotions to focus on).

      If it seems to quick do an energy cleanse so you have more clarity to focus on whats asked in this meditation. Sounds like your mind is a bit overactive at this moment.

    This is probably my favourite meditation out of all the previous that I have listened to for CONTENT, but right from the beginning I found the pace of the meditation far too fast. I see that this was produced two years ago and must say that the more recent productions have vastly improved. Sara's meditations are my absolute favourites on the internet for the quality of the writing and the calm execution. Maybe an update of this recording could be done with the slower pace that we have come to know and love with The Mindful Movement?

      Donna, I was just going to make a similar comment! I've been enjoying many of Sarah's meditations for nearly a year, and am glad that this wasn't one of the first was I experienced. If it had been, I might not have continued. Otherwise, this was a lovely meditation!

      I agree. I've only recently subscribed to the Mindful Movement and have benefitted so much from the meditation which has improved my mental health. This meditation was too quick for me too and the music at the beginning a little too loud. I was surprised till I realised it was from a couple of years ago. If it was the only one I'd listened to I probably wouldn't have continued. Fortunately the meditations I've listened to before this one have been much slower and comforting. I just love listening to Sara's calm voice and quiet music in the background

    This is my least favorite meditation because of the pace of the reader. It actually made me feel stressed out because how fast it was delivered. I hope she reads this as a constructive criticism because I LOVE her work with the exception of this one.

    I wish the pase until 4.30 was slower. I feel like Sara is trying to give a lot of information in a short amount of time, but it is hard to take it all in.

    This is one kick butt meditation.
    Maybe after a few times I’ll be able to shut down that nasty “Yeah, right” nagging sarcasm in the corner of the brain.
    Actually proud of actually making it down the staircase…I’ve had to quit on some of the stages meditations …

    Keep the speed the same! Some minds naturally tick a little faster (mines one) i sometimes need the speed to keep focused and also the speed adds to the energising factor - as your starting your day its necessary so keep speed the same if i want slow you have meditations that do that so please dont make all of them slow Im only 20 so maybe its an age thing but faster is good too ! Thankyou!

    I tried to focus with headphones on but there were banging noises in the background of the music which kept making me have to take my headphones out to check it wasn’t one of my children needing me so not very relaxing I’m afraid.

    Really wanted to enjoy this as the narration was fine. It was the background noises in the recording that I didn't like and had to turn it off. Sounded like she was sitting on a stool on uneven ground!

    I really enjoy your meditations. Your voice Sarah is wonderful! The popping and rustling sounds from the mic unfortunately are distracting. I will try listening to this meditation without headphones.

    I am hesitant to make this comment as I am a huge supporter and listener of the Mindful Movement, and have benefited greatly from Sara’s meditations. Perhaps because her voice is always so calming and reassuring, I felt a sense . tenseness and her voice seemed rushed particularly in the beginning.of this meditation. It could be that I have listened to her so much and for quite some time, I have become highly sensitive to voice. Nonetheless, she has a rare gift which she has used to help so many.

    Please s l o w d o w n your speech. It's a guided meditation, not a pitch meeting. And what was with those background noises; was something constantly bumping into the microphone stand?
    I don't mean to be all negative, and I'll say the background music was nice. But it was hard for me to relax during this one.

    I don’t think Sara wrote this one. Also it was really rushed like there was a hard and fast deadline. I have recommended the mindful movement to my meditation class. This meditation falls short of the excellence of the meditations.

    Would have been very good except for mic thumps and lip clack that brought me out if meditative state on each occasion.
    Also, an image of letting go would be helpful when listing... like "see XYZ floating out of your being like dark smoke, dissipating as it floats away..." instead of just saying "let it go."
    Very nice premise, though. Other than these things, it was very good. 🙂

    I have a thing where I cannot stand the sound of chewing; it give me wicked anxiety and makes me annoyingly mad. I LOVED this meditation, but the moving the mouth and hearing that chewing sound while not talking would make me really back to being uncomfortable and tense, which obviously isnt your fault! Maybe a microphone that shuts off when you arent talking into it.

    This meditation has the ability to be very Beautiful, however, it’s too fast and does not put me at a relax state. Such a shame

    I so needed this meditation. It is exactly what I am having issues with at the moment.
    I love your 20 minute meditations, they are perfect for an Epson salt bath soak
