    This meditation is very hard for me. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and I have a hard time accepting that. But I need to accept what what is. As I said this is very hard to hear but pray that it will help me with my journey in life. I didn't realize acceptances so much. Thank you for letting me share.

    Your meditations have kept me from totally losing it the last few years. We lost everything in a wild fire including 100 animals. I was overwhelmed with grief and the fire itself left me traumatized. Your videos have leaped me so much. Thank you. Have you don’t a meditation for grief?

    I was diagnosed with a debilitating disease about a year ago. After seeking therapy for depression, my therapist suggested mindfulness meditation, I was brought to your channel.     I have to say this is probably the best I’ve ever listened to of this sort of hupnosis videos.
    So good that I booked two exams! In the past I didn’t dare to do things due to fear of failure.
    By accepting myself as I want me to be means I no longer hold back for fear of failure as it is not substantiated anymore.
    Whilst listening to this video I sleep within minutes and have very vivid dreams where I’m in control of situations!
    It’s been 3 nights now and it really is working!

    I really don't understand the negative thumbs down people here, each to their own but seriously there is no justice as to why, this meditation is beautiful, peaceful & truthful, maybe that is why! I listen to this every night, sometimes several when I wake up during the night.

    Sarah I just started t flowing you yesterday I when through many meditation before but I never sleep but with you just 10 minutes and I passed out!     I do not need Love, Support, and Validation.
    What is Self Acceptance?
    Why am I resisting?
    It's causing me so much pain.
    I am projecting my pain into the world.
    All I've done is hurt people.
    I want to say I'm sorry but I'm still resisting.
    Why?
    Why can't I surrender... I am rejecting my reality...
    I am using the world as a crutch to soothe my pain.
    I am not present. I am not here. I have so much fear. I have so much hate.
    Video's doing wonders. Sorry for rambling. Got no one I can talk to.
    But it's ok.
    I am paralyzed by my emotions. Not sure how to deal with it.
    Pretty crazy how powerful the human brain is. Almost hard to believe it's all happening in my head.
    It's hard to come back to reality. I don't want to feel anything.
    Man, I am totally losing it.

    Don’t let go of all beliefs that don’t serve you! First of all because serving you does not make you whole or at peace. Serving others makes you whole and at peace. Second of all beliefs that feel like they are not”serving you” may be trying to save you from your human tendencies that can DESTROY you.

      @@TheMindfulMovement Thankyou Sarah, but practice how? listening to you & then if my thoughts get in the way, (which they do) try to come back to you or the breath is this correct? I can only practice guided? Im always confused as to how/what to do to meditate) please?

      Jane Swanson it sounds to me like you are on the right track. Meditation may be more beneficial done formally over time, but as long as you are getting some benefit from what you’re doing now, just relax and keep doing it daily if you can. Some days ‘monkey mind’ may interfere...just note it and carry on :) Guided meditation is fine. I started by doing guided body scans. Now, just doing it for a few minutes at a time throughout the day can help me be calmer and more mindful. Try different things to find what works best for you. Maybe you could try loving kindness (metta) meditation. That’s a short one I can do by myself. You’re doing a good thing for yourself! You deserve to be happy!

      @@lizr9894 Thankyou so much Liz for your considerate reply, i really try but i dont see these huge changes in my life that i hear & read about so often, what changes? Being more peaceful in your self...? Also what does it mean when you are struggling with something & people say "meditate on it" what does that mean? Sorry to ask these questions but i need to make sense of it & what im doing.

      @Jane Swanson I’m not sure what people mean by that phrase either lol. Probably means different things for different people? Or maybe one must be a serious practitioner to know how to meditate on something specific.

    Can u please make a video for drug addiction please ? And for withdraws or for the process of releasing addictions because that process is not easy and there's a few phases to go thru before successfully letting go of a drug it's very hard to adapt to sobriety after such a long time of use. Please try it out I'm sure it will really help a lot of addicts who can't afford treatment

    I lost a beloved emotional support dog in an accident a couple of weeks ago. Those thoughts dominate my whole meditation. Your advise would be appreciated.

      it's natural to have intrusive thoughts while meditating. I like the leaves on the stream meditation as well.

I understand the importance of pets, and their nature to help us feel loved, and like someone cares without any judgment. My cat (max) does that for me.
