    @GarrettBodman 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Dude... why is my left arm lagging soooooo far behind my right?? I always do both sides lol =)

      @@vemundbjoralt How long did it take for your left side to catch up? I can hold pretty easily for sometimes over 30 seconds on right and pretty much nil on the left 🤔

      @vemundbjoralt  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      well I didn't have that big difference, but if you can do on right that well, you will ofcourse learn on left too :) good luck is all I can say =)@@GarrettBodman

    Man this is really fun to watch your training.... looks amazing! How many days a week do you train? How much rest time do you take?

    • @vemundbjoralt
      @vemundbjoralt  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      right now I rest one day when I feel I need it, after 3-5 days of training, and repeat =) It would be good to take 2 rest days sometimes but lately I can't wait that long 😄

    How many years of training do you think it woukd take for ua to be like you? 😊

    • @vemundbjoralt
      @vemundbjoralt  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Depends from where you are now, maybe 2, maybe 5 years?

    Excellent job as always Vemund 👌😎 it's noticable on Instagram too, that your more difficult skills are gradually improving. If I may ask, what camera/phone are you using to record these videos? The picture quality is really amazing 🙂

      thank you for the nice words, sometimes it's hard to see the improvement because we are there every day, but over the months/years or from the outside it's noticable. I have a galaxy s21 ultra I bought 2nd hand, and the moment I record only in 1080p or standard settings.
