How I Train Summer 2024 + Elite Vlog
มุมมอง 1722 หลายเดือนก่อน
"Soft golden horizon.. your face in the morning the wonder you are." It was evening on a mountain, trance-mix beating through the wired earphones, I sat on an airy pillow (the ground), a dot in the midst of vast open space in all directions. I felt baffled and calm. As the next song began to play, two simple words (golden horizon), stirred something in me as I was looking out on the valleys, mo...
The Training In Nature Life
มุมมอง 1104 หลายเดือนก่อน
Is a peaceful life. I took a boat to an island and it was so nice that I had to record some clips to show you guys.. This is one of the islands in Oslo and it takes just 7 minutes by boat to get there. I've never been to any of them so I got off at the first one, but there are many. I should check out the other islands too they look beautiful with plenty of interesting training spots. We'll see...

Hello everyone thanks for tuning in again, here's a look at how things are going with my training, just another training day and I didn't plan to record anything but then I thought "Hey." why not.. Training outside most days now and happy to be out there.. I feel I haven't (yet) been able to take the handstand level as far as I wanted and dreamed of for a long long time now.. But I will keep go...

Hi bro, do you have a handstand training plan? Can I add Facebook or Instagram to communicate with you? Really great, wish you good health
daaaang, you are already post a new one hahaha noooice
missing your videos brotha, hope you are doing well!
I'm so surprised one of the kids didn't kick at ball at you. 😃 Excellent stuff as always.
It's rare to see someone doing a solid handstand. It must be mind blowing to go to a gym and see two guys doing one armed handstands. 😀
Very impressive!
thank you!
Do you have a handstand training curriculum? I accidentally saw your video and found it great
thanks for tuning in! I don't, but I want to make something like that. Good luck with the training :)
Thanks for sharing buddy
Love the videos man, keep it up! If u want to get stronger at the planche and hspu, i would suggest to do more strength than just 1x a week. It could be something simple like doing (5x weighted dips + 5x weighted chinups) 2-3 x a week. U have all the balance so if u would just do that for some time u will get reps of hspu without even training it. You are waay beyond my lvl in balance, but i come from calisthenics so i have alot of experince in the strength part, i can do planche presses/Push ups and 90° hspus etc at 180 cm tall. I know you are vary knowledgeable, but just to give another input or point of view. I have learnt alot from you, i have just gotten my first little couple of seconds of consistent 1arms :)
Thanks man I really appreciate all that !! I might give it a try it's been a long time since I trained more that way. I train twice a week now but the other day I focus on hspu and pullups
@@vemundbjoralt wishing u all the best man! sounds great, keep the volume up and u will be repping hspus for daays in no time
wow
Har du flytta til Oslo nå?
Bor her frem til sommern, kanskje lenger :)
Incredible always brother ❤ ohhh nice community clips also, love it! I’ll have to send one in 🎉
I am absolutely thrilled this somehow ended up on the front page of my youtube.
🤩 welcome
Bro don’t swim in the marina all the boat pooh and gas goes in the water
Hahha thanks man but sometimes you gotta do what u gotta do
let's go booooois
I cannot thank you enough man, for sharing and commenting on my clips, I really appreciate it 🙏😌 Definitely, I need to improve the duration of that holds, they are still very difficult to me and I don't practice them enough, which is a mistake. I need to generate much more time spent in those shifted positions for each hand, in order to get more stable and more comfortable. Besides this I want to also train more of tuck handstands. And of course some strengthening like pike pushups, l-sit, and so on. But I agree with you 100%, the key is to spend a lot of time and building strength, confidence/stability in those shifted positions. There are no substitute exercises for that. I can still improve my two arm handstand/variations/leg positions, press handstand, flexibility, mobility,... But I need to work mainly on weight-shifting at this point. That's a big realization for me thanks to your suggestions 👌💯 I appreciate your work and I wish you all the best on your journey to become a full-time handbalancer/coach/teacher🤞 You already have everything you need to be able to do that 😎
I really appreciate what you said.. Yes, sounds like a good plan! Once you get more comfortable, you make the fingertips lighter and move to 2 or 1 finger etc, in due time.. :) Block walks are great too, it's basically the same thing. I think you will be able to do that soon, starting with going down of course. But it's not a requirement to learn one arm using blocks, just a nice tool as well. Keep up the good work!!
Breakfast looks good! Sweet video brother 😊
Thank you Vemund so much, for your inspiration. Your content means a lot to many people. In case you will do your community/audience video about handstand improvements and mutual help and suggestions, I can send you two of my short handstand clips so other people can assess what can be improved to get to one arm handstand 🙏🙏🙂It would be awesome, or maybe if you could do a montage of several videos of your fans with a short comment about our handstand form, it could be very interesting. Can I send you my clips via Instagram? I'm excited about all contents from you, whether it's about training, nature, or some interesting life topics to think about 👌👌👏
love your channel! ill be doing handstands like you someday!
definitely!

This looks and feels absolutely amazing! Gorgeous work!
thank you so much!
Brooo, when I saw the water I already think, thats a good spot for a cold exposure, and in the next take you just did that hahahahah cool
Amazing session!
Love your format showing how you deal with candles, figas & super hard stuff. It's true that handstand is a lifestyle, I stopped after 2-3 years of practice. I need to focus on goals that make me happier right now, but for some reason, even without an advanced level, I still love this enough to interest me. probably I can't take part in your video ideas, but I hope to be in some long-term future. Regards, Sara
I'm glad you shared that, happy to read this comment! Well, don't feel guilty for not handstanding much at the moment, it can take a lot of space/energy in life and I totally get it. But I think it doesn't have to be so "all consuming" (even at higher levels) you learn to manage, enjoy and not stress too much about it. Enjoy your other goals or hobbies to the max ☺
What a journey you must have taken to get where you are and what a beautiful thing it must be to learn wisdom like this as you take it. I have yet to get a 15 second handstand but I will take your advice to heart. great stuff man, where you are with your handstand and body as a whole is such an inspiration!
your comment really made my morning and I think it's going to be a great day! Thank you so much, have a great training today if you do =) Keep up the great work 🥰
Brooo, you're gonna love Brazilian culture, haha. By the way, I'm loving the idea of us nurturing this sense of community. Love brotha, thats a feeling to be spread in this word. You take care alright, see you around
oy thanks mate that's interesting to hear, train hardd 😄
