Stepping outside, and having the courage and resilience to enter a bigger, unfamiliar pond - is where real personal growth is at. Changing goals and focus is part of age and development. #mindfulness

Just hours before I was making myself small again, analysing what I learnt from my mistakes - but through thinking made myself a smaller version of myself - RATHER than choosing the one I desire to be. My vision was, in the back of my mind, always clear to me - but my own mistakes got me off track. What I realise now through your great video message. My vision has always and still is, absolutely right! Thank you so much for this reminder, that the comfort zone, is the zone where I would make myself small! I had not seen it this way.
