The bottom line is you don't value whatever comes to you free of cost. The results are visible only when you intentionally spend some time or put some effort.

Thank you so much for this video. I always have a hard time with change, especially work-related; because despite knowing that I’m a hard-working person, I struggle with deadlines. I can deliver the results, but I’m a perfectionist and this has me pulling many all-nighters in a row or not socializing for periods of time. I’m afraid that if I commit to a project, I won’t be able to manage it properly and maintain a good work-life balance; and in this fear I’ve let many good opportunities slide. These days I’ve had a couple work proposals and, with all the jitters I’m having, I’m saying “yes” because I know there’re big rewards on the other side. I‘ve subscribed to your videos and am saving this one to my “Watch later” list so I can replay it as many times I need as a reminder that I’m capable of handling these challenges and more. I am about to do a big change in my life and still facing this fear of change. sometimes I wake up in the morning and I am full of energy towards that change and sometimes I am feeling scared and uncertain.
