These workouts are an amazing way to move your body, sweat and burn calories (if that's your goal) she also incorporates squats, lunges etc which really help to tone your body and make you strong. I love maddies dance workouts because I've seen physical results and my strength and stamina has improved so much so YES. Also Chloe is great too but these are just was more fun!!

LOVE this workout, but highly recommend doing it home alone in case you're a woman in her mid 30s whose husband walks out, sees you dancing like a pool noodle, then slowly closes the door again.
I absolutely cannot dance at all yet had seriously the most fun dancing to this. It was a great workout even though I wasn’t doing every move perfectly. Even if you are insecure about your dancing, try this out!! It’s really fun to laugh at yourself.

okay, I´m going to challenge myself. I usually only do the song-workouts on maddie´s channel (because I like them the most) but starting today, I will do every workout video that Maddie posts, even if it involves dancing/beginner/hard/stretching... anything. I am going to do all of them!! love you Maddie! looking forward to the video´s you will post! day one (Video nr 1/this video) is complete :)) Day two (video nr 2, toned legs and round booty) is done✌️I don't have any resistance bands or dumbells at home so I skipped the bands and used peanutbutter jars as dumbells😂 It was still a killer! Day three: 12min HIIT is complete! I have never liked HIIT workouts so I was very sceptical but I honestly LOVED this one! Definetly will do it again! 💞 Day four: beginner flexibility routine✨ this was very good for me because I'm very inflexible. I did it in the morning and felt great after☺️ Day five: 15min dance thigh sculpt! I am no dancer but this workout was really fun! And I was really sore the next day😅 Day six: say so remix workout!!! LOOOVE her song workout and this is one of my new favourites!! Day seven: standing abs. Never done this before and it was fun to try something new❤️ Day eight: 30min body dancer sculpt! I was a little bit nervous because I thought I wasn't going to be able to do all the workouts since I can't dance but it worked out super well! It was really fun to try new and different workouts and I felt super elegant doing them (even if in reality, I look stupid😂).

As an uncoordinated, out of shape girl, I usually hate dance workouts. But loved, loved this one. As a product of the 90’s I loved the music picks and I am so happy u added actual workout routines that I am familiar with. I was able to keep up and enjoy the whole thing. I usually get so frustrated with dance workouts because they move way too fast. Thank u for this. I’ll be doing it again as well as trying out your other ones!

Who's here from the january challenge? I doubt most of you were born when these songs came out🤣🙃 but my 38 year old self was jamming to these songs. This was fun.
I'm 47 and was barely listening to mainstream music by the 90s. I'm waiting for the 80s dance party to relive my teenagehood :-). But it was still fun!
LOVE this workout, but highly recommend doing it home alone in case you're a woman in her mid 30s whose husband walks out, sees you dancing like a pool noodle, then slowly closes the door again.

you can still be fit and eat chips! portion control and try to not to eat while watching something or when you’re on ur bed so u don’t get distracted and eat a lot
R W, even better...take a specified amount out of the bag & then put the bag away. Never eat directly out of the packaging.
okay, I´m going to challenge myself. I usually only do the song-workouts on maddie´s channel (because I like them the most) but starting today, I will do every workout video that Maddie posts, even if it involves dancing/beginner/hard/stretching... anything. I am going to do all of them!! love you Maddie! looking forward to the video´s you will post!
day one (Video nr 1/this video) is complete :))
Day two (video nr 2, toned legs and round booty) is done✌️I don't have any resistance bands or dumbells at home so I skipped the bands and used peanutbutter jars as dumbells😂 It was still a killer!
Day three: 12min HIIT is complete! I have never liked HIIT workouts so I was very sceptical but I honestly LOVED this one! Definetly will do it again! 💞
Day four: beginner flexibility routine✨ this was very good for me because I'm very inflexible. I did it in the morning and felt great after☺️
Day five: 15min dance thigh sculpt! I am no dancer but this workout was really fun! And I was really sore the next day😅
Day six: say so remix workout!!! LOOOVE her song workout and this is one of my new favourites!!
Day seven: standing abs. Never done this before and it was fun to try something new❤️
Day eight: 30min body dancer sculpt! I was a little bit nervous because I thought I wasn't going to be able to do all the workouts since I can't dance but it worked out super well! It was really fun to try new and different workouts and I felt super elegant doing them (even if in reality, I look stupid😂).

As an uncoordinated, out of shape girl, I usually hate dance workouts. But loved, loved this one. As a product of the 90’s I loved the music picks and I am so happy u added actual workout routines that I am familiar with. I was able to keep up and enjoy the whole thing. I usually get so frustrated with dance workouts because they move way too fast. Thank u for this. I’ll be doing it again as well as trying out your other ones!

January challenge day 7 ☑️💕 as an ex-dancer i really found a lot of joy with dancing again while doing this video! sometimes i added extra arms or extra steps from my old dance studio days and all the nostalgia came back :’) what a great workout 😸
