@@MikhailPashkovski poise exists it's just linked to hyper-armor. You get no poise when your standing still but when you use attacks and get hyper-armor then your poise activates. Having higher poise gives better hyper-armor.

Poor Miracle builds... Unless you use Dohry's Gnawing for bleed damage (since it scales to max health) and find yourself able to empty most health bars in like 10 attacks on any playthrough... But that isn't a miracle build; it's a bleed build
Lifehunt Scythe does a lot of damage with a dark miracle build. Depending on active buffs it can hit from 1200 to 16000, maybe more I haven't tested how far I can push the damage. Absolutely devastating to enemies weak against Dark. Sunlight Spear also does a ton of damage, around 1200-14000 each hit. It's very devastating against Soul of Cinder or other enemies weak to lightning. It's not that they aren't viable, they just aren't viable until late game or NG+. I think that's most people's complaint about Faith Builds.

In dark souls 2, multiply your physical defense by 0.2, and that's how much is subtracted from incoming physical damage.
