"Actually dear reader the term "AR" is a perfectly acceptable term. In all other soul games they never called it attack rating at all. Normally it was just presented as R1 = value. Which does get confusing so the community took this "Attack Rating" term from other games. This term easily stops the misunderstanindg when peeps talk about attacks in game. Since its not clear they mean a "move", "skill" or an animation of some sort or the actual attack damage after defense calculations. So the term attack rating solves this all very easily. I eagerl await comments pointing this all out.

...and then they mess up defense numbers by using normal numbers instead of perceentages.
In dark souls 2, multiply your physical defense by 0.2, and that's how much is subtracted from incoming physical damage.

Late AF I know, but its the Ringed Knight Paired Greatswords' weapon art when buffed with carthus flame arc via glitches. Those things have 2000% fire scaling which is bound to oneshot just about anything with a buff. Otherwise, just use the weapon art from this video's LKGS build.

@@Wadusher I tried using tumble buff to put Carhtus Flame on RKTGS but I didn't notice any crazy extra damage, using normal attacks or the WA.

@@MikhailPashkovski poise exists it's just linked to hyper-armor. You get no poise when your standing still but when you use attacks and get hyper-armor then your poise activates. Having higher poise gives better hyper-armor.

Poor Miracle builds...
Unless you use Dohry's Gnawing for bleed damage (since it scales to max health) and find yourself able to empty most health bars in like 10 attacks on any playthrough...
But that isn't a miracle build; it's a bleed build
Lifehunt Scythe does a lot of damage with a dark miracle build. Depending on active buffs it can hit from 1200 to 16000, maybe more I haven't tested how far I can push the damage. Absolutely devastating to enemies weak against Dark. Sunlight Spear also does a ton of damage, around 1200-14000 each hit. It's very devastating against Soul of Cinder or other enemies weak to lightning. It's not that they aren't viable, they just aren't viable until late game or NG+. I think that's most people's complaint about Faith Builds.

You can change the order of items by pressing L3 (I say L3 because I don't know the equivalent for a Keyboard), but you have to get rid of the right side of the menu first by pressing Square (Again, don't know the PC equivalent cuz I'm a consol peasant). Hope this helps Old Man Senpai!
