Good stuff man always like to see innovations ! I love 3d printed inserts but they stiffen up like crazy when the temps start dropping in the fall here in Pennsylvania.
One upside of full TPU foams is not having to worry about water but if these make a dramatic difference it might be good to have a second set for non-water runs
Joe you should try to make the sidewall supports coke all the way up and let the foam support the tread (and some sidewall support as well but not as much)
0:20 The biggest cheat code is to use these with hair donuts, nothing conforms like the donuts, and they don’t rot or stink if you drive through a puddle. I ended up printing a similar set of supports to use with Dollar Tree hair donuts since they’re the wrong outer diameter for standard 1.9x4.73 Hyrax I was running at the time, solved the sidehilling problem the donuts have too. Give it a try, you’ll be impressed.
Love the channel and your content, been subscribed for years but man you need some new lines buddy. Watching the same lines every video is getting boring man.
We gotta see some back to back comparisons with all these foams you got joe! I’m looking to order some but you keep coming up with new ideas!
You definitely have the advantage with all the choices you have for inserts. Nothing wrong with that. Different terrain demands different inserts
Thanks for the video mine are ordered and on the way
👍👍😃

yop...hairbun donuts are ace with those.👌
Been told about them. I bought a set and just couldn’t see them doing anything worthwhile. Maybe I bought the wrong ones? They were pink
These are a great idea! Any way to either rib or rough up the area the foam faces on the insert to keep it from sliding around?
It shouldn’t slide around at all
👋😃👍
I keep thinking your playing a video game when you say CHEAT CODES 😂😂😅
Yep!
Oooops!
Dozed off🤪😜🤪🤷♂️

No offense but those look exactly like the supports I uploaded two years ago on thingiverse😂
Share a link brother! I’d love to check out the originals!
No offense but I’ve never seen anything like this. Ever. These are basically my cheatcodes but without the outside part.
Anybody else tune injora silicone inserts with nerf darts?

I know same here. I have concrete work planned for when it cools off some. I also have a new wall planned but getting the concrete is an issue.
