How have I not discovered this channel before now?? Your video, your audio and your instruction are all quality. And “Sittin’ on your ass, won’t finish your project.” That’s the best. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for taking time in making these videos believe it or not I’m learning every-time I like how you add to the video when things don’t go perfect and you gotta innovate to make it work! Keep up the great content Jacob!
It took me watching at least 30 of your videos to finally find out how you jacked up your foot. Guess my dumbass should have watched the videos in order instead of jumping all over the place.
You said "simple" video, but sometimes the simple ones are just as good or better than the detailed ones. This is another good one in my book. Thank you Puddin'!!
Did you try to roundhouse bootleg Bill when he came into your shop just kidding hope it gets better I done broke mine three times right one pop the left one plumb out the socket took 4 months for it to heal
I don't know if everyone found this interesting, but I definitely did. Now you have me looking at sub $300 tilt steering columns for my 68 Mustang. I never knew such a thing existed. 😆
Warm weather has me cleaning out my shop so I can roll my new project in. Getting started on a 79 dodge truck. Steering column bearings were toast and when I was taking it apart I lost a bunch of little springs and little parts in my muddy driveway. Now considering one of these universal columns from jegs or speedway because I have no idea how I would find the stuff to put mine back together
Those velcro straps on your boot come in handy for strapping a bundle of long trim or small pipe you have to haul in your truck. I got my velcro straps from my wife's boot when she had surgery.
Exciting for me. I'm looking for a coulm for my 65 C10. Did you say 100$ for it. Wow definitely going check it out. Keep the vids coming great motavation.
Looks like a decent column, didn’t look like the angle of the shaft was bad either, sometimes the steepness of the rack shaft can be real sharp, making it pretty hard to keep the u-joints from binding. Yours looks like a great angle, getting anxious to see it driving!!
@@PuddinsFabShop this channel is so interesting. For years I ran 60s internationals for the last 11 years I've ran 99-02 ls Silverados. The blending this guy does is like a drunk idea I may have had...but it would be hard for me to swap out an ih engine..they where the torque and reliability machines of the time
I’m not sure how I came across this channel but it’s one of my favourites now. I started watching at the travail build and really enjoyed it and have just gone back and watched all the old videos. Keep up the good work

Thanks for watching!! Now don’t brag on the audio, the go pro is slacking there for sure!!
Great stuff as always! Watching these have made me get off my rear and working on my Travelall again!
Heck ya!

Hell ya looking good man

This is what I've been wanting to see. I need a bit more room around the header.
Well I hope this helped somehow.!
Well seeing how to install it, really helped.
Just finished watching all your videos to date. Enjoyed them greatly, especially since I’m right down here in Ardmore.
Thanks for watching.! Ardmore’s just right up the road.
I'm catching up... Every one of his vids is gold. The world is a better place with Puddin on youtube!
👍👍. Doesn’t look like the boot is slowing you down much. Another great result. Take it easy 😊
It’s not.
You said "simple" video, but sometimes the simple ones are just as good or better than the detailed ones. This is another good one in my book. Thank you Puddin'!!
It is the way to go. I feel that mine has a slight play inside the column but it works just fine.

Nice clean job.
looks like i will be changing the column too. lol this will make it much easier with the painless wiring kit i have.
It’s a gm connector. Most harnesses have a option for the gm connection.
@@PuddinsFabShop yup
🤣 bootleg bill! Nice upgrade. Adds a nice classy contrast.
Haha the inside will be nice, ish lol
Looks good!
Omg. Veterans. Doc says "take it easy."
Walks around on concrete all day. Motrin. Socks. Hydrate.
Very helpful video!! But kinda weird to watch a Puddin' video without at least one "Oh yeah Baby!!" LOL
Another good video there man
you did so much with the steering, you should have worn a cowboy hat! YeeHaw
Looks too new can it be aged to go with the build better
Always great tech videos!
Thank you!

It’s was pretty straight forward! It’s getting better.

I’m hoping it’s decent. I’m happy with the angle. I don’t think I’ll have binding issues. I’m ready to see it going.
I was looking at one of the Ebay columns for my 51 Chevy truck! Thank you VERY MUCH! Link?

Where do you get the joints and DD shaft? I only ever see Borgeson and those are pretty pricey.
I got them off eBay.

Thank you!
My man!

Awesome
Great stuff!
Looks good
Nice shaft work
😂👊🏻
That was definitely a heart stopping weak spot on those ihs the splines would strip and cause lose of steering.😟
I believe that by the looks of some of them!
