    Yes the chinese way of eating this called tau suan in chinese we eat it with the fried cruller cut em n throw inside n its so yummy but the vietnamese way is with coconut milk...... It is so popular n all over in singapore....!

    Hi, I buy a can of coconut milk and I dont usually use the whole of can, so do you have any way to keep it good after open the can?

      Hi Jessica, I freeze the leftovers. If you need smaller portions for later use, freeze them in ice cube trays or divide into smaller plastic containers. Good Luck!

    What would the calorie count be for a serving, and how many servings does this make?

      Hi, this recipe yields approximately 5 cups. A typical serving is about 1/2 cup and 126 calories. The coconut sauce is 37 calories per Tbsp. Hope that helps!
