No matter the circumstances, the hater need to see that you are unbothered even if inside you are. The hater need to get out of your way. You do not get out of their way. They do not exist outside of a formal greeting--- and you don't ever greet them by name. Not ever. They mean nothing to you and nor does their name. This is very true. I suffered this from a so called head of unit at a former job. It was terrible! She hated me for nothing so I realized it was envy. She had issues with a whole lot of people in the office space. She doesn't talk to a number of people, always fighting. She loved to bully others all the time... Hmm, I suffered in her hands. But my God rescued me. My good human relation alone kills her cos she doesn't have it. I thank God for saving me from such a toxic woman of a head of dept.
