    Two octave range is good. The key is to be able to sing the notes in many ways. You might sing a note light (head), mix it, belt it. Most people can sing two octaves. The crux is how they sing the notes: dynamics, tone, style, control, pitch, phrasing.

      I guess, as a coach, I see a lot of singer who are looking to “expand their range” when they haven’t necessarily figured out how to work with the notes that come easily to them. Expanding is cool… but a heck of a lot easier (and much more useful) once they are moving well in the broadly accessible part of their voice/range! 🥰 But I hear ya- extremes and fancy things are always exciting! ❤️🎤☺️

    It's a trill and one word and it's an extremely dynamic vocal and it's incredibly memorable- all those accolades in basically one word. When the song is over you remember the name of the song.

    • @corystajduhar

      Someone who loves to sing would sing no matter what. As for those notes you mention, you would not know whether you can hit them if you resolve to not sing at all if you can't hit them now. You would have to develop your voice and continually grow in order to progress to that. The "not sing at all" mentality would prevent you from eventually achieving that. It's like saying you won't lift weights if you can't bench 200 lb. You won't progress to that if you don't start somewhere else and practice.

    • @energeticstunts993
      @energeticstunts993 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@corystajduhar that's extremely true, I tried for the last one year or so but singing is unlike anything I've ever practiced. I hired a singing teacher but he didn't help me at all because he would explain in abstract terms like "sing with your soul" and I would try but ultimately fail.
      Everyday I practiced arpeggios and trills and tried singing everywhere but singing is the BIGGEST 3 steps forward and 2 steps backwards thing. It's so infuriating 😂 but yes, I'm glad that I at least started.

Kinda make audience feel like concert from a zoo? 🤷🏻 Plus, what is the purpose of a song if not sharing and connecting the soul towards audiences? What is the point if audience cannot sing along with song? Do audience pay just to praise the singers and make them feel they are special? Count me out. Show off singers can sing in a zoo... 😅
