Rava idli is not just healthy and irresistible but also very easy to prepare too. Now a days there are few ready-made instant rava idly packs available in market which just required adding some water and steaming. However, nothing can beat the taste of authentic preservative free soft and fluffy home made idli.
Ingredients
நெய் / Ghee - 2 Spoon
சீரகம் / Cumin Seed - ¼ Spoon
கடுகு / Mustard - ¼ Spoon
முந்திரி / Cashew - 1½ Spoon
இஞ்சி / Ginger - ½ Spoon
உப்பு / Salt - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
கறிவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
- தேவையான அளவு / As Required
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
மிளகு / Pepper - ½ Spoon
ரவை / Rava - 1 Cup
தயிர் / Curd - 1 Cup
அப்ப சோடா / Cooking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
