    You are not part of the Leslie Sansone Walk At Home legacy to which I subscribe, but I was looking for a short video with dumbbells and this workout was exactly what I was looking for--and I was happy because I was able to use 3lb. weights. Even though I have balance issues due to disability, your moves were what I need. THANK YOU! I will be coming back to your workout in the future.

    I regularly do Leslie Sansone's great "Walk At Home" program for my main cardio followed by various Bob & Brad pt and strength exercises afterwards most days a week. I ran across this tonight for the first time. This appears to be a nice change of pace that I'll add to my workout routine. Jordan has a nice presentation.

    Just discovered Jordan’s workouts. I’ve been a big fan of Bob and Brad’s channel for over a year! It’s great to now tie a great workout with a PT’s knowledge and focus on injury prevention or mitigation. I’m 64 and have always exercised and my method for treating injuries was PT but after all the years of doing exercising with DVDs of good “coaches” who didn’t focus on injury prevention landed me with a torn rotator cuff and torn meniscus surgeries this past year. Even though I love being active as much as when I was 20, my body says it’s getting older so I need a better way to accomplish that need and Jordan and her focus on form is a wonderful gift you have given us. Thanks guys!

    This session w Jordan really helps me to do at least 20-min on workdays. I feel like the weights “give” me the other 10 to reach my Pcp’s recommended 30-min daily. I do the other longer 30-min at least once, sometimes both, weekends. Could Jordan do another similar 20-min session ? Thanks so much. I’m finally moving more like the self I remember I used to be. Devoted to keep this up I love B & B. They do so much good while so much fun to watch!

    Obviously because the dumbbells are adjustable th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 they are a little bulky for certain movements. The handles are decent and fairly comfortable. We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.

    I do walk at home exercises everyday, with various movements, back to front, side to side, knee bends, tap on exercise ball with each foot, faster paced, wider steps, etc, etc.. I'll put on a movie or even play a video game and continue my exercise. I usually do at least 1 hour a day, sometimes 2-3 hours if I feel I really need it. I also sometimes throw in 5 pound leg/wrist weights swapping them every 30 minutes or hour. That plus a good 20 minutes of yoga completes my workout for the day.
    But anyhow, there are some movements I didn't even think of while watching this, so I will be added those to my routine now though. :D

    This was awesome. Lifting 5bls after several reps starts to get heavier but I did as much as I could. I even danced a little to keep myself from stopping the workout. Woot!

    Love this video. It moves through the workout. Some videos include so much instruction that it really slows the workout down. everything is self-explanatory in this video and it is safe. I tried it on a mini trampoline but prefer on the floor because of the space needed for sidestepping. Perfect length of time. Thanks

    For the spring season I wanna walk jog or run everyday however for whatever reason North Florida/South Georgia decide it wants to participate in Winter with it being in the 30s F how being on the younger side ie younger than 40 I didn’t want to do a simple walking workout that is targeted towards people my mom’s age and older so I went with this one cause of the weights and y’all I had to drop the weights towards the end. I’m do this again sometimes this week it’s a good cardio and strength workout it’s also the first time I marched in place while doing bicep curls.

    👍My wife just did this workout this morning and found it interesting that you advised us to just do one leg at a time during a leg raise segment. ???😉
    We do an exercise with you almost ever day and like it when you count down and show the timer. Wish you had a different taste in music.
