I remember when I first got my tightness in my chest April will be 20 years. My mom passed away of cancer. I end up having a panic attack. Now I can receive any bad news had to take Ezee because it’s the worst feeling ever my mom passed away of cancer, I’ll be 20 years in April so if anybody wanna call me to give me any bad news or to tell me anything of course they will call my partner and tell her first and she’ll send me down and give me the news. We are not legally married but we’ve been together for 25 years. Good luck. I’m happy to see you happy I’m happy you’re getting helpseeing a therapist or psychiatrist to help that you could get like I did when I lost my mom. Love you girl.

Mannnn selling a house will have your blood pressure always up…but I too suffer from anxiety, and the best way, from my experience, to cope is to accept it for what it is and recognize when the panic sets in…this way you remain in control and just keep telling yourself that the intense moment will subside. Just breathe 4 counts in, hold 4 counts, and 4 counts out. Also, cold shock helps (ice packs to the face/neck, cold shower etc.). It shocks the systems and resets you a bit.
