    Hi Iris, whenever I feel anxious I see it as a sign from the universe that I'm taking life too seriously. In the end, we all are the universe experiencing itself. So I just laugh, scream, or dance it away. Life doesn't need to be that heavy x

    I always think that, if we feel anxious, there is not always an obvious reason that we can see.
    It‘s just part of living.
    I find that , if you can be so sure of a stable relationship, and can rely on the other person to be a constant in your life, then usually, these negative feelings will disappear.

As someone who's struggling with depression and anxiety myself, I really appreciate it, and I think it's so important to have a reminder every now and then that it's okay to have days like this, that it's okay to take it slow and take care of yourself.     Yesterday I was in a state of high anxiety. I couldn't focus on anything, couldn't keep a thought in my head, tried to do some tasks and would put a needed item down & forget where I put it. I was glad last night when I was finally able to fall asleep.

    Iris, you are so relatable and instantly my favorite TH-cam channel. I felt so seen in one of your previous videos where you expressed fatigue in the afternoon and took a nap I had to subscribe. Sharing your struggles with anxiety (and also doing your nails😅) is my life. You help me feel less alone and normal. ❤

    I'd love to hear more about the topic of anxiety from you Iris cause I feel like so many of us struggle with it nowadays. Proud of you for opening up and I know it's not really easy to talk about sth when you're currently going through it. Funny thing I also talked a bit about anxiety in the video I uploaded today...I can relate 💕✨️ I've been LOVING checking pinterest lately, it is really healthy, positive and inspiring!

    you are so sweetie and I want to say to you that last days ago I watched u vlogs bc make me feel so excited, so these days make us more aware of ourselves and we try to get ourselves out of any situation we are going through it is a terrible feeling, but since we love this life and we have important things in our lives and crazy and wonderful details, we can overcome anything, and you have very beautiful things that will always be your support, my sweetie 🙏🏻🤍

    so many things you are speaking about reflect in me. Thank you for sharing. I used to have a lot of anxieties earlier but I somehow managed to fight them one by one. Now it can happen on some particular reasons. But mostly I would say, it is hard to collect myself.For example, when I dont have work, as it is now, I feel really bad and I can not enjoy life because I am afraid not to be able to find a job. It triggers me and destroys and I am like falling upart.I try to fight this feeling too but still don't know how.I wonder if you could trace what could be the direct reason of your feeling?The trigger? Is it when you stay alone or after some happenings? I think the actions you do to calm yourself really help,like sports, house chores etc. I've recently started to enjoy put clothes to dry on the rope, who knows why?) I think we are weird)))) I also learned from you some medidative things by your videos, as enjoy your daily routine food preparation, tasting it, skin routine. it really helps. Thnak you!Though,I also think from time to time that it would be good to have a therapist with whom you can speak about all this, because I also like to analyse a lot and discuss it. Have you thought about it?

      for sure as i'm getting older i'm learning more about the things that trigger me and how to deal with my anxiety! also i don't think we are weird we are just enjoying the little things in life heheh❤

    Your apartment looks so cosy and homey!! I also struggle with anxiety as of late because of school and exam season. I'm currently in my last bachelor year and I am already stressing about my masters degree next year...
