I watched your Stage 2 which I really like your shooting plan.
I've also watched other videos on TH-cam, the shooters stack all spare mag before leaving the table which I normally do as well.
So, I'm curious that leaving spare mags on the table and come change it later in the stage is not a PE?

That depends on how the stage briefing is written. If it doesn’t say that you MUST stow all mags, then you don’t have to.
