I bought a similar manufacturer, did not fit on my 03 Excursion. Returning that and will try one of these brands. It didn't mount flush with door.

I can see that the newer mirror will fit however my question has to do with the turn signal wiring. I have a 2002 Excursion XLT with the tow mirror and defrost heater but is not equipped with a turn signal. Will I need another harness or adapter to make the turn signals in this upgraded mirror work? Or is that what the adapter is supposed to do? Comments and advice welcome.

Can run the wires from your lights. Or order the new without the turn signals on ebay

Just make sure you don’t order the cheap ones from China! They shake like crazy when you’re driving!!
Just get a good quality set and you’re good to go! 😎👍

I got those same mirrors and installed them on my 2001 Excursion Limited. The mirror blinkers arent working. Any suggestions?

I'd just double check all the connections and fuses and bulbs. If all good then it is defective

.he just bolted the mirror on..the wiring is not that simple

Blinker lights? Are you 3? They are called turn signals.
