Some mistakes I think: Bar 10 first chord on the right is a D (no E), bar 27 first chord on the right is an F (not E), bar 115 on the left chord together with the first chord on the right on beat one. I would put some notes from left to right (bar 82, 84) but otherwise fantastic.
