While there are bigger and more well known names like Pewdiepie, h3h3 are the ones that seems to lead some of the more important (legal) initiatives on TH-cam. I think the only other people that are as important when it comes to TH-cam as a community are the Green Brothers.

I've long since shed my days of full reactions in favor of highlights reels showing my best moments, and then commenting on video production, behind the scene stuff and music, and I was inspired by H3H3's style of commentary and wanted to be a creator that stood for fair use of content. Fair use is a dodgy subject nowadays, on top of advertiser-friendly nonsense, so having pillars like the H3H3 channel setting this massive precedent for creators everywhere gives me much hope for the future of TH-cam.

To help aid/fund them they're going to be added into Payday 2 as characters, with all the profit from the sale of the characters going directly to them. This likely started with Almir Listo, Overkill's producer, being a H3H3 fan. From there it evolved into the 2017 Payday 2 April Fools day prank, which had such a positive reception that Overkill decided to add them to the game entirely. I literally learned about h3h3 this month, just by random chance I seen one of their videos, instantly liked the originality to them. So I started to binge watch all their videos and learned a lot of things, they have their own memes and words. Like Papa bless and vape naysh, But what really solidified my liking them is the video about them being drug dealers. It really paints a picture of whose these people are, and most youtubers don't do that. Makes them personable. Unique. But it isn't all a circle jerk fest of compliments, I disagree with a lot of things Ethan believes and says, because I have seen evidence that he's wrong on many topics, too many to mention. But what I'm saying overall is, If you never seen or heard of h3h3, I highly suggest you check them out. Even if you don't fully like them, they will grow on you. They got *great moves, I hope they keep it up. I'm proud of them.*
