I think you're confusing "advertising" with "marketing." A degree in advertising would be of minimal assistance in the paths that Danny took.

After watching this I really don't wonder how Dan is burnt out. As much as I love them they work almost too much. Grumps, NSP music, NSP music videos, NSP cover albums, NSP live, Starbomb, Starbomb live, and every other thing they work on. They do almost too much

Sami The Salami Dan shows that in their Warcraft special where he is tired constantly and eventually leaves to finish the star bomb album. One thing though is Dan is fucking passionate about his work and you can hear him get excited whenever he talks about it on an episode of Game Grumps

Sami The Salami When you're as successful as they are I imagine you are happier, more full of life, and generally more inclined to get work done. It seems daunting to people like us who haven't accomplished much in our own spare time, but I guarantee that once you become more successful it really gets the ball rolling. Overall they don't think of it as "OMG so much shit needs to get done this week", instead it's probably "been doing this much work for years, just another workweek."

ohmygosh! this is awesome! I have recently discovered Game Grumps within the past year and from it, GG history, Danny's history, Ninja Sex Party, Brian's work, Arin's work, Ross's work. It's like, wow! So much to dig up just from a let's play channel!

I think Game Grumps, NSP, and Starbomb are all amazing examples of success. Game Grumps and Starbomb was started by a high school drop out and then became super successful, and then these two guys who loved making music made the music they liked and are doing amazing. If any TH-camrs can be idolized, I think it's this groups

I think it's really cool that Danny and Bryan helped out on this, they're really great dudes. And I'm looking forward to more of these videos.
I think another reason why they're so successful is because they're just so fucking down to earth.

… And then now just recently, They released another Amazing song which I personally feel creates, I guess what you could possibly say, paradigm shift, with one of the greatest rock songs I've ever heard anywhere (by any band): "Danny Don't you Know" … Paradigm shift indeed.
They are the best!!! I just found out about them this year. And this year is by far the roughest of my adult life. They make me smile daily and have honestly helped me keep my head up and push forward. Thank you NSP✨💕

I'm personally not a huge fan of NSP (only because of my one major gripe with them-- that I can barely understand the vocals due to the orchestration of all the instruments and vocal layering, which I otherwise wouldn't mind _so_ much except that being that they're a comedy band, the lyrics play a huge role in their style-- but I digress) but I love Danny and Brian individually and I'm so proud of everything they've accomplished. It warms my cold, cold heart to hear of their successes.
edit: I totally forgot about Under the Covers! I fucking love that album. And I really dug the first Starbomb album.
One of the mayor reasons for their success is because with Gamegrumps, people know Arin, Dan, Brian and their respective family members/close friendships more than their own family and friends, making the band something they love even before songs are released out, and it also helps a lot that the music is actually creative.

They really go beyond just summarizing the sort-of-already-summary history to sell me on _why_ your history's subjects matter. Been a huge fan for a while and it's really nice to see how far Danny and Arin have come from very minimal upbringings. I don't know about Brian but they're all incredible people and I'm glad I got to see them live and squeal like a young lady

Just discovered the Under the Covers Album and they are amazing.
The fact that those early videos cost a thousand dollars makes me realize that I will never in my life achieve even cinematic mediocrity.
Their live performance was honestly the most exciting and fun moments of my entire life. Not only did I get to see TWRP, but NSP AND Starbomb and my beloved game grumps at the same time. I regret not paying for the VIP tickets and will definitely do that the next chance I get. This video was fantastic!

A brief history of TWRP?
I am eagerly awaiting new skyhill songs, though I knew it wasn't very likely until now. I love to hear what the future has to offer for NSP, StarBomb and, of course Skyhill.
I also hope that "Dan and the Gang" don't overdo it and get stressed out by all their work.

I watched this when I knew nothing about NSP or the Grumps. HOW FOOLISH I WAS. About a year later I’m watching this with a new perspective, as someone who listens to the band and FUCKING LOVES IT.

I love NSP concerts you can tell how much they love it and the fans just go crazy. I am seeing them a third time here soon.
I know this is one of those shit hipster comments and I've come to terms with it, but like. I am so fucking proud of all of these guys. I started following Arin back when he first posted to NewGrounds and absolutely fell in love. When Dinosaur Laser Fight showed up, I was hooked on NSP from then on. And then Dan joined Game Grumps... and then Brian. Like. It's the dream team, for real. Such an inspiration to me and always looking forward to what they do next. :)
