Yay thank you so much Hannah for motivating me for the rest of 2024! Such a inspiring video ☺️ I too had a bit of a mucky beginning of the year and it’s gone so very fast, it’s been hard to catch up and find motivation. I have now just set my self a few realistic goals for the rest of the year, thank you again for the inspo, it’s come at the perfect time. All the best for your new goals too 💕😃

Hi Hannah I can definitely recommend the book ultra processed people it’s an eye opener . Like I said last week I’m really enjoying Donna Bartoli on you tube . One of my 2024 goals was to start eating more organic whole foods it’s been a slow process but I’m getting there . I have been using Able and Cole for a fruit and vegetable delivery box . Also reading was another goal I set to read more which I have been doing. I’ve been watching Miranda Mills on you tube and she has helped me branch out on my reading genre . She is a very knowledgeable book tuber .Have a lovely week take care X

      Hello Hayley, I hope you're well :)
Thank you so much for your comment, I too love Donna's videos and find them so interesting and informative. A friend of mine has been reading UPP and will hopefully lend it to me 🤣
The only sugar I'm trying to consume is locally sourced honey & fruit at the moment, I may try dark chocolate (85%) but I want to see how I go. So far, I'm really enjoying experimenting with different meals -- which you'll see in next week's video as I've filmed a delicious peach & grilled chicken salad today.
I've heard that those delivery boxes are really good and I'm glad that you can use them. Have a super week xxx

What a great video! Does your emergency include George? Or do you have 2 separate emergency funds? Xx
Also I highly recommend looking into a Lifetime ISA. I started putting £50 a month into it and I'm planning on using it when I retire. You can open an account before you're 39 and whatever you deposit, the government will give you a 25% top up bonus. You can't withdraw from the account until you're 60 without penalties but the government top up really makes this worth it! Xx

Hey, thank you so much for your comment and, I'm really glad you enjoyed today's video. When speaking about my emergency fund I would use it if I was out of work and needed to cover my living expenses. My safety net fund is for if I need to get something fixed/repaired or need some money etc but, once it's been used, I shall replenish it.
I already have a lifetime ISA and planning on setting up my private pension this week and then next year, I'd like to look into a stocks and shares ISA. I'm getting really interested in finances and helping future me/us. xx

@_thehappyhomemaker_ that makes perfect sense, thank you for replying ☺️ im also very new to the investing world and planning on starting an s&s isa next year providing my finances improve 😀 this year the goal is to increase our emergency fund after both me and my husband had a redundancy scare at work at the same time! How is that for our stress levels 🤣 we realised the amount we have in our EF would not be enough if both of us got laid off with the current job market, which sucks!

@@D-ed5ceuebew Gosh, I bet that was a scare for you both 😱 I know that would have terrified me. George has always been good with just working quite quickly on his feet, which I am extremely grateful for. As for me... I like to plan plan plan haha.
You're so welcome for the reply to your comment and thank you for watching and commenting on my video :) xx
