When your child yelled the first time I actually thought someone was in my apartment and almost jumped out of my skin. I searched my apartment and couldn't find the noise so I went back to listening and had a good laugh when I realized it was your kids. Thanks for the jump scare, a good laugh, and the great information.
I think my favorite part (along with all of the great info!!!) is hearing your kiddo(s) in the background. I miss those little sounds! 🥰 Patiently waiting for grand-babies!
This tutorial is AMAZING. I’ve watched a few others but they have some confusing parts that make building a notebook/planner really annoying to do (like flipping tabs or linking the tabs) and you’ve made it so much better! 🥰 thanks.

I just want to say a big thank you for this video. I have been a Filofax user for years and I decided I wanted to try digital planning. I got my iPad and pencil this morning and set to work. I watched so many videos but none told you basic simple to follows steps to make your own planner! I nearly gave up until I watched this as I wanted a specific layout the same as my Filofax and so didn't want to buy a pre made one. I'm so so proud of myself, today I have completed the front, 11 pages with top and side tabs all linked and a back x x x all I need to do now is add my inserts. Thank you so much again as without this I couldn't have managed any of it x x x

If you can compare based on your experience, which one is easier and better? To make a digital planner in iPad using Keynote or in PC using inDesign? 😊

Oh my word, Amanda. This is one of the BEST demonstrations on how to make your own digital planner. I cannot wait to give this a go. I thought your method of setting up the tabs and making them flip from slide to slide is the easiest one I’ve seen. One question...how would I use the same digital diary for the following years? I would like to keep each diary for each year as a record. Would I need to create a whole new diary each year?
You could easily keep the keynote file and just update the cover or writing each year and export to use in goodnotes. Or you could just keep a copy in your files folder and when you’re ready for the new year keep your old one and just import the planner again. It will be clean and ready to start. You can also export the planner from goodnotes after you’ve filled it up and keep in your files for keepsake. Lots of options and super easy. Thanks so much for the compliment! You can put the tabs on master slide. Then, you can cut and paste the tabs over to the other side on each section you need to flip. It saves time in aligning and creating I think

I love all of the videos that you have posted. However, being a couple years late I have noted some things. I'm not giving up though, just need to do them a different way... lol Since I have NO Apple devices, I tried to use Keynote on the icloud site. It works, but very limited. You can't change the slide dimensions, it's either 16:9 or 4:3. And I don't see any way to work with the master slides. I'll most likely try this in Powerpoint since I know how to use master slides in that. And you can't use any of your system fonts, so no cute downloaded fonts. But Keynote is still usable. So not a total waste. Just wanted to post in case there are other unicorns like me that don't use apple devices. ;) Also, I love all of the tips you give and the free planners you posted to try out with our apps. I'm using Xodo and so far, so good. Thanks again for all your tips and videos. :)

I have an ipad 7th gen and im at the 12:15 where you make and new slide for your cover and i cant do it 😭why?
