Fenugreek seeds hair spray and hair mask for faster and thicker hair growth
Fenugreek is an age-old remedy that can be used to treat every hair problem. It is an amazing remedy to stop hair fall and promote hair growth. You can buy organic fenugreek powder in stores or just dry roast the fenugreek seeds and grind it into a fine powder. Now you can easily make fenugreek mask, spray and oil ☺️.
You can keep the fenugreek water or mask in a refrigerator upto a week. You can mix fenugreek powder and coconut oil and let the oil infuse for atleast 24 hours before use. This pil can be kept for upto 1-2 months.

Hi , start eating green veggies, fruits, sprouts and curd or milk for if you any vitamin deficiency and apply fenugreek mask twice or once a week and you can also try fenugreek seeds spray.
