I am using Plum Avocado & Argan frizz control shampoo and conditioner. This shampoo is really good for frizzy, wavy or dry hair. To style you can use plum avocado and argan curl enhancing cream.

Hi , start eating green veggies, fruits, sprouts and curd or milk for if you any vitamin deficiency and apply fenugreek mask twice or once a week and you can also try fenugreek seeds spray. Use shampoo and conditioner without sulphate and paraben. Do yoga to manage stress. I have also started a “Revive and Thrive” stop hair-fall in 90 days challenge , i will upload episode 1 very soon.
