    Mam I started doing your 10 minute exercise....then I increased my time using leslie walk at home....but I feel more connected with you....please make a video of 30 minutes and 45 minutes also...

    I m 30 year old.... My waist size 40...i m starting from today.. And I will do this workout two time in a day..morning and evening... Today date is 14 feb. 2022...i will come after 15 days.. And tell u result.... Last time maine aapki 15 mintue wali exerices follow ki thi 15 days ke liye... That time i lose 2 inches in 15 days... With limited simple diet... Jaise one chpaati besan and jo b sbji ghr me bnaai hoti thi wo jyada quantity me...sath me ek ktori dahi...bina sugar ki chay....shaam ko b ek besan ki chapati....full sbji...mtlb sugar ko 15 din me hath ni lgaya....baki roti jo pehle 3 thi wo ek krdi...full pani piya...thdudh wali tea b pi dono time but without sugar...but 15 din baad mujhe khi pe jana pda to sb shedual bigd gya..ab m fir se start kr rhi hu....last time b jb start kiya waist size 40 se jyada hi tha jo 38 ho gya tha
