- Hello friends, these standing abs exercises for a flat stomach at home are very easy and can be done by all age groups [ just keep your stamina , flxibility and medical conditions in mind].
This abs workout at home will surely give you a flat stomach and even I follow these abs routines a lot! Warm up and cool down are included please do not skip them at any cost! Those who have problem lying on a mat and doing abs exercises this is very helpful for them. This video is inspired from Leslie Sansone "s walk at home videos, you can follow her too. Just limit your intake of deep fried food and sweets and continue with this abs routine and see the difference!
