    For years, the brain was thought to be separate from the lymphatic system. But now we know that’s not true, and that the brain has an incredible connection to the immune system, called the glymphatic system, that helps the brain detoxify and receive valuable nutrients. This brain-immune connection creates a new framework for treating brain disease and immune system dysfunctions like autoimmunity.
    In this video, Dr. Hyman discusses inflammation in the brain with his colleague at The UltraWellness Center, Dr. Todd LePine. They discuss the many factors that can drive neuroinflammation, the range of conditions that are linked to brain inflammation, and how they work with patients to cool this inflammation. He also talks with Max Lugavere on nutritionally deficiencies effects on the brain from vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, vitamin D, and more.
    Dr. Todd LePine graduated from Dartmouth Medical School and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, specializing in Integrative Functional Medicine, and is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner. He has been practicing Functional Medicine for over 15 years focusing on Optimal Aging, Bio-Detoxification, Gastrointestinal Health, Systemic Inflammation, Autoimmune disorders and the Neurobiology of mood and cognitive disorders.
    Max Lugavere is a filmmaker, health, and science journalist and the author of the New York Times bestselling book Genius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life. He is also the host of the #1 iTunes health podcast The Genius Life. Max’s sophomore book is The Genius Life: Heal Your Mind, Strengthen Your Body, and Become Extraordinary, a lifestyle guide to living happily and healthily with proven, research-based lifestyle tactics, which we dig into more throughout this episode.

      It's happening just as I said it would...the healing phase of being "scared to death" is pneumonia, aka "flu". So as people are released from the solitary confinement of their homes (because of media and government lies based on the fraudulent Germ Theory), and people begin to get happy and feel less stressed, the result will be the healing phase....of pneumonia, flu, colds, general sickness. You can also see the light sensitivity, appendicitis in some, numerous tooth problems and gum swelling, laryngitis, etc. The fear campaign has caused ALL the illnesses, not a Boogey Virus.
      Every disease is based on the Germ Theory, which was the theory of ONE man over 100 years ago. It was never proven to be 100% valid, and has not even been QUESTIONED again. Why? In order for a theory to be valid, it must be reproduceable in each and every person 100% of the time. Every single person exposed to a "virus" MUST get sick from it 100% of the time, over and over again. It's how you PROVE a theory is valid. This was never done. Scientists used to think witches and witchcraft were valid!! Educated people?? hahaha!! If you cannot "catch" cancer, arthritis or diabetes from another person, then you cannot "catch" a cold or flu. There is no such thing that only SOME diseases are communicable, but not all. It's either all or none of them...they are all based on the same Germ Theory. If you can't "catch" someone's lung cancer, you can't "catch" their colds or flu. Upsetting and distressing events in a person's life is what causes ALL cancer and cancer-equivalent disease, cold, flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, etc. A massive fear campaign will CAUSE people to be "worried sick", but sickness doesn't happen until people resolve their fears. Why do you think kids get sick in October? Because their fear of going back to school and being upset about it finally dissolves, and they get back into their routines. What the media and government is doing to people is criminal.

      So of course, when everyone is allowed to escape the hostage situation the governments have put their people into, and they start relaxing about the "scary virus" that's not in any way transmissible, they will begin their healing phase (get sick), and the corrupt governments will call it a different “scary” word, a different Boogey Man coming to get you.....repeat the same mistakes that never worked from the beginning, re-institute the same restrictions that only made people more traumatized, and more panic will ensue as well as martial law, a removal of all your rights, and you let it happen. The longer people allow this government to hold them hostage in their homes, the more severe the "sickness" will be. Western Medicine is pure fraud, and people's lives are destroyed because of it. Welcome to the United States of China.

    I wish Functional Medicine was more financially accessible for my family. We all have autoimmune disease. It’s brutal. We can’t get effective care covered by our insurance. I’m going broke trying to afford our integrative healthcare. My child has PANS and type 1 diabetes and I have a challenging case of Graves Disease. How can families like mine get the healthcare we need but can’t afford? My child desperately needs help with PANS to recover from the disabling nature of the disease.

    • @Sunnyflower67
      @Sunnyflower67 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      What is PANS? I've never heard of it. The drs never come in here answering questions. This kind of medicine is probably very helpful for all. But if people think functional drs aren't looking to get rich as well, then they're just being a little too hopeful. ☹️
      As you know already. I guess our best bet is to get the books they author, seeing as there's more details in a book, usually. (Some can even be found in your state's library system.) We can cherry pick what our family needs, then see where we can buy some of the suggested treatments and give it a whirl. That may sound irresponsible when you're talking about your children, but what do we have to lose when our children have no quality of life? If we wait for a dr covered by insurance to come and save the day, we'll suffer until the day our body gives up. We all deserve optimum health. Good luck to you. 💪

      @@PeaceIsYeshua TRT is a very common acronym for testosterone replacement therapy and nothing else. It's not a guess. A search engine would turn up a straightforward answer. The comment from the guy saying "I think he meant TRS it's a spray to remove heavy metals" is just ludicrous. The guy had to ignore key contextual information about "hormones" in the original comment in order to come up with that idea. Not the fault of acronyms. If you've followed health and wellness information for any number of years, you've heard of testosterone replacement therapy, which is widely considered to be an extreme intervention that is not for most people.

      @@JenMarco I think you should look up the definition for “brainwashed”, it definitely sounds more like religion. We also talk about the thought of god, not the person. You people attack the person and their character, that’s how you have been taught to treat others, you know, your “brothers and sisters“... its crazy that you don’t see how miserable and mean you sound.
      Only a “brainwashed” group of people would be taught to think that about another group.
      Only a “ brainwashed “ group of people would think, without “faith “, you wouldn’t know the difference between right and wrong, or how to love and just be a nice person... that’s pretty sad
      Only a brainwashed group of people would believe in something they have no proof exists...
      If I have my kids believe in Santa until they’re 35, people would definitely say I “brainwashed “ them...

I started doing a keto diet and its only two days and im feeling better already. Hes talking about psychiatrists its medical doctors too. Its all the crap put in our foods, its a crime.

    Scary!!! I need to get off grains and sugar. I'd never heard of autobrewry but it makes sense. I've dealt with issues for years that no doctor has really been able to solve. Came to my own conclusion that I must have anxiety even though I can rarely pinpoint a cause. And despite a life long anxious nature in many times socially and in general I never got to panic stages. Makes me wonder if I ever had benign positional vertigo or was always just inflammation.

    • @AORD72
      @AORD72 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I was similar. Now I eat nearly zero sugar and very low carbs. I also think I was very low B12 having lots of mouth ulcers (for 20 years, now have none). B12 helps with anxiousness, I eat Marmite for B vitamins. Feel far better dealing with people now, about 2years zero sugar, 8 months zero carbs. Far more relaxed without sugar, don't become angry anymore. Don't want to sleep mid day anymore. Eat quality fats to feel full (carbs are addictive , makes you always feel hungry), eat salads for lunch and feel full of energy. Exercise also helps me.

(I discovered vitacost, and a whole new world opened up for me!) Always use capsules or softgels for vitamins, the body can absorb better. As an add-on, if you have leg cramps or muscles that seem to knot up and feel sore, use magnesium oxide. (Only 200mg to avoid diarrhea.)

      Yes don’t eat anything for two weeks except red cabbage juice and don’t mix it with anything else. Don’t worry you won’t die you will kill the h-pylori after that healing the gut and and your liver will be functioning better. At the same time with juice you can have steam broccoli cuz it’s same family after that you can add lemon or lime to your cabbage juice better taste. Then after 3 weeks or 4 start taking ACV to balance your stomach acid 3tb spoon during the day and before food. The start nourishment the body with ginger blast juice and eat lots of fresh salads and cooked vegetables and some nuts and seeds and legumes. But if you have at the same time information in your gut at same with cabbage juice go for 3 times a day cumin seed tea and licorice tea still with them you kill the any types of bacteria and healing the gut. After healing nourish the body and don’t forget to add good bacteria in the gut and feed them with what I said to eat. To drink for nourishment it important ginger blast and carrot beetroot and apple you become a super man don’t forget about acv it’s important. Oh I forgot vitamin D from sun. But there’s supplement called complement that’s must have.
