    However, I MUST say that - correct your SLEEP Pattern!
    Do some research on good sleep habits and its advantages from the internet and you will realize that sleep is very important.
    Its the SLEEP pattern which is very important and regularly at which time you go to sleep will have long term effect on your overall health and career.
    Akshay Kumar has consistently outperformed in Bollywood because everyday he goes to sleep between 9 to 9:30 pm and wakes up between 5 to 5:30am..
    Sleep is one of the most important factor in his long term success.
    If you will sleep so much irregularly, you will lose long term mileage in your career.
    If you want long term mileage in your career and health, please correct your sleep pattern.

    Mohit bhai.. i saw you taking sundrop peanut butter but seeing that you're specific to products like egg, chicken which you prefer buying from good retail stores then why to have such peanut butter having hydrogenated oils and sugar added.. Pleaee do try Alpino or Pintola peanut butter as it is natural and will help you with added protein and good fat.. Cheers

      That's a point I wanted to share too. Thank you for writing this. I'm currently having Pintola Peanut Butter and it's tasty and nutritious. The fact that it's ingredients include only peanuts and no hydrogenated oils like other brands is a plus. Mohit do go in for that!
