The plate bolts are meant to bolt the bracket to the existing holes of the car frame that you removed the old bolts from
I just wanted to say thanks. I bought a used push bar and it just so happened to be a Go Rhino brand. So after watching this video a few times it gave me enough encouragement to go for it. But one thing that was different on my bumper cover is. It didn't have a screw hole directly in the center. It had a tag holder that was riveted to it. So I removed it from car and found the center and marked my holes from inside. Worked out perfectly. So thanks

Love the push bar! Think about getting the end pieces that protect your lights. I would delete their sticker anyway. That's just me. A friend of mine bought his wife a beautiful SUV. I told him to put a brush guard on it. Within a couple of weeks she had had an accident in a parking lot and the corner of the car was severely damaged. If she had had the brush guard he could have taken some sandpaper and black spray paint and fixed it that night. The push bar commands respect. Probably going to cut down on people who like to pull out in front of you and brake check you in traffic.

That is a Go Rhino 5038. I just installed mine. It was a junkyard pull. Fairly straightforward install. The only goofiness was the bracket back place bottom screw would not line up. Eventually figured it out and tightened everything down. It is solid now.
Just tried to install a brand new 5038 on my 2008 P71, it absolutely would not line up no matter if I did it exactly as the included instructions said, his included instructions, following this video, and even leaving parts out or trying different combinations. The only thing I didn't do was completely tighten every bolt with tools in case I can't return it or get a refund. What the hell is the problem!?
@@DocM. Install with loose bolts and nuts so you can horse it in. Mine did not line up but that's what it took. Mine was a junkyard pull from a field unit.
@@DocM. The other possibility is your P71 has bumper slits cut for Setina which will not align with Go Rhino. If so, you will have to cut slits in the accent channel for Go Rhino.
What sort of an intake did you make on there needing that open hole in the headlight that looks kind of cool and super tuner I have a cvpi with the CV appearance package so I don't know what that means someone said it might have been a supervisor car or an undercover I'm not sure but mine actually says Crown Victoria on the back but it is a p71 2007

This is the best tutorial on this I've seen I'm getting ready to install mine. Mine is off of 2006 ihave a 2011 I wonder if there's any issue with that. And do they make a wraparound add-on

Maybe some day in the future they'll add an option to have the go rhino logo and an option to not have it.. personally when I get a crown vic and put on my pushbar, I'm taking that sticker off. But hey that's what makes it fun. Different people doing different things to fit their wants and needs. Good video! I'm binge watching crown vic videos. I can't wait to get my P71!
I was looking at a pushbar that you didn't have to "cut" the bumper fascia for... $100 more and less structurally sound... plus this looks much easier to do than to actually drill tons of new holes. I'm glad I watched this video and saved myself $100
Anytime brother. The other pushbar like you said will shake alot while driving and less structurally sound. In my oponion this 1 is the way to go.

I just put one of those on my charger I just went a head and took the sticker off and stuck it on the radiator shell.

@@2xmototv206 well, i am old and not in the best of health, but it really wasn't difficult at all, it took me longer than a younger person, they give you instructions as to where to cut the notched in the grill, that was what I dreaded most, I sure didn't want to mess up and cut that wrong, otherwise it was very simple. I wish I had the headlight guards too but that was just more money. The main reason for this guard is because we have so many deer here in my part of MO. that I want to try to minimize deer damage if i can. Being so slow at it was why I didn't try to make an install video.
@MissouriOldTimer Getting to be older is something everyone should look forward too and as long as you are still able to do things then it doesnt matter how long it takes. Its inspiration hearing you are still able to make things happen and i hope and pray i live to see older age and am still able.

Bought some replacement rubbers for my pushbar. Weren't cut to fit,had no holes in em to mount.got backordered...asked em to throw in a new sticker.got no sticker! Contacted customer service,begged,pleaded and offered to pay for the sticker.no reply...hmm not surprised that your sticker wasn't even centered😗.and fell off lol.go rhino my but.dont even give them no free advertising on my ride pfffft.

I'm pretty sure those two both holes at the end that did not line up is because you did not install those flat brackets,"back brackets" with the two bolts that you were complaining about because of the fiberglass and all that crap. The bracket is bent.

All 98+ model crown vics should have the same bumper assembly. The go rhino fits all these models.. did they send you the wrong push bar? Are you sure what your brackets bolt to are in the right location?
