Yeah, I remember when It started Raining yesterday at around 1. I work at a Middle School here in San Diego, and when it Started Raining during the day, the Students started to go out from under the Cover/Roof thing for Lunch and were playing in the Rain! As for the Thunderstorms last night, My Family has a Large German Shepherd Mix and he's 2, Meaning he turns into a giant baby anytime there's fireworks or thunder... it was a long night.
