I went excessively heavy with my first KB purchase, so now I'm wondering if I can do this with 100lb. 😅 (So far I've only been doing two-handed swings and suitcase carries.) We'll see if my grip is up to snuff...
The weight choice is very individual. Just go by feel. It should be moderately challenging, but not too hard. Vest won't probably do too much, as it adds weight closed to the center of the body. Whereas the kettlebell creates a long lever that forces your core to engage strongly.
@@na15464 a weighted vest always helps if you want extra resistance , though I don’t use one “ all the time “ . Some days I like to go without and let my body move naturally
@@PowerCraftTraining I kind of meant what weight were YOU using , so we could use it as a reference. That would have been good to know “ just because “
Honestly, the A.I. Voice just takes me out of the video and the music detracts from the content. The content itself is GREAT, just narrate with your own voice and ditch the “Muzak”
Nice work just picked my 1st kettlebell today great video to start from big hello from Perth Western Australia
Go for it!
England Calling ~ nice one ~ subbed.
Wow!! Very helpful for home exercise 😍Thank You.
Thank you Ronish!
Sounds like all the TH-cam reviewers are on duty for your video. Great recommendation for the core workout. Thanks
Right, it's all or nothing.
Thanks for the feedback!
I started with a 12kg for men ..then gradually move up

It doesn’t mention the weight of the kettle or if it would optimize the exercise using a weighted vest , but good info and tutorial 😊

Because everyone does different weight. Why would a vest help?

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤝🏻🔥
Just turn sound off. Presentation visually is first class no sound needed. Watched twice that good.
Music ruins the video
Haha, noted!

Appreciate the advice!
That's what I essentially do in the latest videos.
