I am overweight, and REALLY wide shoulders with pretty sort arms - I have a lot of hard time with the handoff in the back (limited mobility in that direction) any suggestions? I can do it if I bend my arms, but it looks like we want to keep those arms as straight as we can
@@LittleKingSkeletonI hear ya, that is what I am doing atm, hopefully as I get better conditioned and work on my mobility it will get easier when dealing with the rear handoff
Would this exercise address the love handle? You know, slimming the access fat. I've been trying this exercise for 3 days now. Not in a row, but I feel like my waist is getting smaller. And there are muscles firing that I didn't know we're there if you know what i'm saying. Thank you in advance for the advice and support
Make this an even more full body movement by doing it on a BOSU. It is great for balance, feet, calves and hips as well as all the other benefits of this movement. We've found it to be excellent for skiers, snowboards, tennis players, cyclists and many other athletes as well as non athletes. Start with a lighter KB

I appreciate you mentioning how the hip coil is a great activation exercise prior to running.
I love it when the editors add things to make us laugh.
Love your energy!! Doing Thai workout now
I thought I'd do this after I trained shoulders today... my muscles are completely finished😂
Gracias por la información y explicación
This is good stuff.
hello what is the best weight for men not trained
does this exercise get better the fast you can swing it?
How heavy a bell are you using?
Great coaching 🙌🏼
Love it! Thanks!
Thank you!
Enjoyed this thanks. Was nervous though seeing no shoes on your feet. I would be way to scared to do this with nothing on my feet
Yeah, I've been doing that for years.👍👌
Always play with release and catch in bare feet. Sorry man, had to. Really do enjoy your stuff.
Thanks great advice !

Just bend them. However you can do it homie. As long as it feels good

SWEET HAIR BRO
Very underrated GAINS
Doing kettlebells with bare feet is WILD. But I respect it. 🐾
Not really, doing kettlebell barefoot can help with form and balance because it makes you more aware of foot placement and posture.
@@burnaardnufc3173your an idiot if you lose it lol
I bend my arms to feel a big pump on my forearms
I do around the world with a 30kg kettlebell but it mostly loads upper body. Nothing in the core.

Tried to learn something. Your hair was too distracting. Bye
Yes, it's an unnecessary affectation.

Do this but in a treadmill at 3mph 8%incline for 40mins to close a workout with 10-20lb kettlebell. Tones you up like crazy🫡
